Centrally located condo unit with AC, wifi and swimming pool on site. It's a walking distance to the beach, grocery, restaurant and a few minutes drive to downtown Christiansted. There is a laundry on site and private parking. The complex is gated and secured. For someone new to the island, this is a great location to get to the different spots and necessities. The condo complex is in a quiet location and the complex is well maintained. There's AC in the whole unit- a must in the Caribbean! Cable TV and Netflix/Amazon Prime are available in the unit.
