My first experience was meeting with Robin the property manager via zoom. It was good to see someone face to face before visiting St. Croix. She was very help in giving us suggestions on where to go to eat and what to do. Please visit Ama's Cafe. Robin even gave us a surprise card and a box of chocolates for our 30th anniversary
The space was as advertised except for the master bedroom. The air does not flow in that room as much as the others, so it gets very hot. Other than that, the view of the ocean was exceptional from the bedroom, dining area, and living room.
I am allergic to pet hair, but the first couple of days, I sneezed the entire time if I came out of the bedroom. There are no pets aloud in the space, but the property manager cannot help what people do. ( I did get some allergy meds which helped)
The place was very clean, relaxing, and quiet for a nice little get away!

Our family had a very nice trip to St Croix and enjoyed the condo. Robin was first class in all of our dealings with her. Very helpful with information about the island and very timely with all of her responses to our queries.

First off Robin did an outstanding job communicating prior to us arriving into St Croix including a zoom call. She provided great information and eased any concerns we had about the check in / condo.
The condo was great and exactly as presented. You will hear waves all night as the condo is right on the water. Some very nice touches were the kitchen had spices / condiments, trash bags, small bottle of laundry detergent, TT, and paper towels all stuff you have to buy large amounts of when you get somewhere that you are renting. We didn't have to buy any of that stuff so we could focus on important items like wine & rum! You can walk to the Palms restaurant from the condo.
As far as St Croix, I would recommend that you rent something like a small SUV or Jeep Wrangler that has higher ground clearance. There are HUGE speed bumps and roads are terrible around the island. We rented a compact car which was not the best choice of transportation. I'd also recommend you download an offline map of the island like Maps.me. T Mobile reception on the island was so so, so google maps only worked about 1/3 of the time.

What a gorgeous property! Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was definitely one for the books. A cozy quaint getaway with plenty of beach supplies. Buck island was definitely the highlight of the trip!!

Me and my boyfriend needed a vacation and chose this condo. It was amazing, peaceful, relaxing, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. The host, Robin, was very welcoming and an excellent communicator. The location was central to a lot of activities and restaurants on the island, while not being right in the center of it (avoiding major traffic and intersections which was confusing at first being from FL) and also being right on the water.
Thanks so much for providing this excellent experience for us to enjoy! I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

For our first trip to St Croix to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, we wanted to find a condo with direct access to the ocean. The Bella Breeze condo picture in Vrbo showed it open right out to the beach, and that's just what we saw when we arrived. We only had to walk a few steps from the back door to the beach, and my wife loved sitting on the deck soaking in the sun and sea air. The condo has a full kitchen which allowed us to make some of our meals there. Also has its own washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as many clothes.
It is on the first floor (the building has 3 floors) which is the best since it allows for beach access that the second and third floor condos do not get, although there are few steps up and down to get to the front door. It appears the bathrooms were more recently remodeled; the master bath is especially nice with a large walk-in shower. The living area looks out onto the back porch with a nice view of the ocean. The master bedroom has its own separate door to the back porch.
Be sure to bring sand shoes or sandals since it is not just sand between the condo and ocean, it is a bit rocky, but otherwise an easy walk.
St Croix was hit by hurricane Maria in 2017, but for the most part the island appears to have recovered well since then. This condo is all cement block walls so it does not appear to have have taken much damage; either that or they have done a good job with repairs.
The condo is back a ways from the main road, and only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Christiansted. The streets leading to the condo have several large speed bumps to discourage speeding which was nice, but make sure you rent a car like a Jeep that has good ground clearance. You'll want something like a Jeep anyway since many of the roads on St Croix are quite rough, it sometimes feels like you are off-roading while on road. Although there are many hills it also has a lot of flat land too, unlike St Thomas which is much more hilly.
