Additionally, we are providing you with a spray disinfectant to use during your stay with us. We have modified our standard procedures to protect your health while you are with us to include staff and guests wearing masks and observing social distancing when in the public areas. It is advised that guests bring their own masks or face coverings and hand sanitizer as these products are still very hard to find in Cancun. To allow you to limit your exposure while you enjoy your vacation, upon arrival, we will provide you with a list of grocery stores, restaurants and other establishments that will deliver direct to your condo. There is an inherent risk of exposure that exists in any public place where other people are present. To minimize your exposure to COVID-19 we strongly encourage that you wash your hands thoroughly and often, wear a mask in public spaces and maintain 6 ft social distancing. By visiting our country and our property, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 and/or any other virus. The unit has 1,100 sq feet, 1 master bedrooms with a balcony facing the ocean, a 2nd bedroom facing the lagoon, 2 baths, dining, living rooms with a balcony facing the ocean, kitchen, WIFI and cable TV, parking (however a car is not needed), restaurant onsite, Massage by the pool or beach, 2 swimming pools right next to the beach one with a swimming up bar and have chairs and beach umbrellas next to the water. Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days. Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants, convenience stores, banks, two malls (Coral Negro and Forum by the Sea), a supermarket, discotheques and much more. More

Enjoyed our stay

The accommodations were nice and comfortable. The view spectacular! The owner was very attentive and easy to contact. The location was a convenient walking distance to restaurants & supermarket. We would stay here again if we return to Cancun.

Beautiful spacious accommodations and lovely surroundings. A gem in Cancun.

We are right at the center of the Cancun Hotel Zone within walking distance to many restaurants, night life, shopping malls and other activities, we are very close to PLAZA FORUM BY THE SEA with many restaurants and shops.
