First, if you've seen any of my other reviews then you know that we are very blessed to be able to vacation in some of the nicest places in the world. When it comes to Mexico, the Casa Final Destination is the absolute best choice in Isla Mujeres, or for that matter, anywhere near Cancun or Quintana Roo. The pictures of the Penthouse do not even come close to doing the place justice. The penthouse is the entire 3rd and 4th floors. The 3rd floor has 4 large bedrooms, each with it's own en suite bathroom, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, media room with the largest tv I've ever seen and a beautiful covered deck looking out over the Caribbean. We traveled with 4 couples and the place is so big and laid out so well, that you could almost go the whole trip without seeing the other couples. Rooms are big and spacious and very private. The entire 4th floor upstairs is a beautiful pool deck that is completely private and ALL YOURS. Imagine going to a 5 star resort, and when you get to the pool you realize that the pool is completely private and all yours! It's on the top floor and in addition to the spacious pool itself the roof also has a great outdoor kitchen area, seating area with couches and chairs, sun deck and plenty of room to spread out and just....relax... From the pool deck you can see for miles in any direction, but the direction you'll be looking is directly at the Caribbean Sea right in front of you. The water is so beautiful and clear, you can see large fish swimming in the sea from the pool deck! The island of Isla Mujeres itself is beautiful, a bit more private and quiet and is very easy to get around in just a golf cart (which are plentiful and easy to rent on the island.) The Mayan ruins are only a few minutes away as are a ton of very good restaurants, beautiful beaches, bars etc. We recommend Big daddy's Beach Bar in the middle of town which is a great place for not only lunch or dinner, but has great drinks as well... like the Monkey La La... The last night we dined as a group in the private raised eating deck at Restaurant Marina Muelle in downtown Isla Mujeres and it was fantastic! It's right on the marina and is a raised deck about 15 feet up so the views of the boats, the water and then the sunset were absolute perfection. Not to mention that the food was really good and we enjoyed the entire evening immensely. There are a few very nice beaches on the island, depending on what you are looking for. If you want the "see and be seen" busy beach area, then the one right in the middle of town is large and perfect. If you want a more private setting, then just ask the people at Big Daddy's where the "private beach" is at the end of the island they'll point you in the right direction. Just so you know, if you go to the private beach area...you are not going to want to leave... In all, the time we spent in Isla Mujeres on the beaches, at the ruins and more specifically relaxing in the penthouse and at the pool were the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. So much so, that even though we were there in May-June, the group has already planned another trip for September.... It really is that good. My thanks also to the owners who made sure that we had everything that we ever needed and ensured that the entire trip was seamless and an enormous amount of fun. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my closest friends.

By far the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. The penthouse exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location (central) on the island and we had water on both sides of us. We had 8 people on our trip (4 couples) and had more than enough space. The penthouse was very well maintained, very clean, and perfectly decorated. Large windows on the exterior walls displayed the beautiful views. As if that isn't enough, the private rooftop pool & bar area were amazing! Every place and every person on the island was so friendly. The restaurants are amazing (we never went to one we didn't like) and everything is very reasonably priced. Golf carts & mopeds were the primary source of transportation on the island so that just shows how relaxed the island really is. The beaches and water were indescribable. I've never seen prettier water. Great beach area is only about a 5 minute golf cart ride from the condo. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The private rooftop with Pool made us want to never leave the property. The added attention by the staff to set up excursions and grocery shop for us was extremely helpful. Already planning our trip back. Loved the mid island location away from all of the hustle and bustle downtown get only a few minutes drive when we wanted to go in town.

This penthouse is PERFECT. I stayed there with my husband, another couple and a friend. It was way more spacious than we even needed for the 5 of us and more could stay quite comfortably. The private rooftop was such an added bonus. We were able to lay out and have quiet time in the mornings looking at the stunning ocean views and in the evenings we would hang out in the breeze on the couches and look at the stars. I even used the back deck which allows you to see the Cancun side for a yoga and meditation space. The location is great because it is directly in the middle of the island. There was always plenty of golf cart parking and we were also always able to catch a cab within 5 min. The beds were super comfy and we even cooked quite a bit in the kitchen. I love how when I stand in the kitchen - I have a full 360 view of water - the ocean side and the Cancun side are visible all around! It felt quite luxurious but also super comfy and cozy. I would recommend to anyone who wants to go Isla Mujeres to stay at this lovely place!

How does one enter a review on paradise? This penthouse is amazing. Heaven is found in this 3 floor, beautifully decorated cloud, not to mention your own private pool. Grilling in the evening while listening to the waves break right outside your patio. Top floor entices your need to relax while sunbathing on resort style furniture, overlooking the clear waters of the Caribbean. Full kitchen, laundry room, movie room and the most romantic master bedroom/bath view available on the island. The private elevator just adds to the home which is fit for royalty. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Being at the beach and soaking up the sun is my all time favorite place to be. And when you have a gorgeous penthouse with all the extras it makes the experience that much better. From the views and the top notch luxury accommodations that you get here, there’s not much more you will need. They have thought of everything here! Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island with so much to do and see. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from and memories to be made. I give this beautiful penthouse 5 stars!
