Condo was exceptional and location couldn't be beat. All amenities one would need for a great stay. Balcony was very large and end unit allowed for fantastic views the entire day. Owner was quick to respond to questions and provided many helpful tips/recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.

My family stayed in 410 & 409 combo unit. It was perfect! Clean, new, very well appointed, comfy beds, gorgeous views from the wrap-around balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo is all that it was advertised to be. Well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The views from the balcony are spectacular. I highly recommend a vacation stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Living in San Diego I thought was paradise until we stayed at Ixchel Condo Isla Mujeres unit 410. The attention to detail conveyed prior to our travel was first class. Everything from how to plan our trip to the arrival and stay as good as it gets. Kudos to the staff and cleaning crew was nothing but first class very trustworthy honest and likable. I highly recommend this property. The location is private, clean and in great condition. Stayed for 1 week and only wish we would stayed longer.

One of the most relaxing , wonderful vacations we've ever experienced! Isla Mujeres is incredible , small enough that you don't feel you have to be on the run all the time being a tourist. Big enough that there is plenty to do if you want to be a tourist now & then. Ixchel 410/409 is incredible , my wife and I in 410 , my daughter and son-in-law in 409. Plenty of privacy , yet lots of room to all be together. The location is great , walk to everything , beach , shops , bars, restaurants , we didn't take a cab all week. The Ixchel staff are wonderful , every single one of them , from servers to room cleaners. If you're looking to just get away from it all , Isla & Ixchel are it!

We loved this island and this condo!! The unit was spacious, clean, nicely furnished and could not be in a better location. The balcony was amazing and the views of the beach are incredible. We sipped margaritas and watched the most spectacular sunsets each night! Playa Norte- an incredible beach, is just steps outside your door. Each night we took a stroll and picked a different restaurant for dinner. Great food in Isla Mujeres! We also took a great hike on the cliffs at the far end of the island. We just loved Isla Mujeres and loved this condo. We will be back.

This condo is absolutely perfect: well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and location, Location, LOCATION!! We loved every minute or our Isla stay, and wish we could have spent a lot more time on this lovely island.

We can't say enough about the owner and this condo. First, booking was easy and the owner was upfront about everything. We paid in advance, which was OK and we received clear instructions on meeting the management company, checking in, cleaning, and other things related around the area. You book this place for 3 reasons: 1) the view -- you can't beat the wrap around balcony. The view of Playa Norte beach is breathtaking and one of the best on Isla; 2) the accommodations are very modern, well taken care of, and you have everything you need right there; 3) cleaning -- you overlook the daily cleaning, but the maid service here was exceptional and not the normal maids. They truly did an outstanding job cleaning every day and making sure the water jugs were refilled, etc. The beds were very comfortable, having had memory foam toppers put on. The ice maker in the kitchen was indispensable. Also, there was netting installed around the perimeter of the balcony for children. The refrigerator was large enough to store pretty much anything. The condo complex (building 1) really only has 30 units, so this is a semi-private hotel really. The pool is small, but there are few people in it. The pool bar has great drinks (go for the big ones in the green super mugs) and decent lunches. The beach service was also exceptional. Whenever you wanted a chair with umbrella, you just tell the beach attendant and if there wasn't one already there, they would carry out chairs and dig a new umbrella for you. No fighting with people over anything. The beach is fantastic and after seeing other beaches around Isla, this truly is the best beach -- and the best PART of the beach. We felt very safe and secure and there were 24 hr security around the place at all times. We would come back in a heart beat. We have no complaints and everything was as indicated and represented -- and more. For groceries and drinks, pay for a taxi to go to Chedruai - their grocery in the middle of the Isla. Much cheaper!
