Casita Higuera is a sympathetically renovated 1 Bedroom House with original exposed wooden beams and high ceilings. The Casita is situated in a courtyard position with ample parking space. The Kitchen area consists of an electric oven, gas hob, sink with draining board and mixer tap, and an under the counter fridge freezer. The Lounge area is comfortable with a 2 seater leather sofa, uplighter, coffee table, rug, storage unit, television, table and chairs for dining, and free WiFi. Also in the lounge area is a Wood Log Burner and wood is available at the property. The room is comfortable and cosy and with double height ceiling which reflects the light around the whole area. Towards the back of the downstairs area is the main bathroom consisting of a fully tiled walk-in Shower Unit with overhead and hand showers, toilet, wash basin with mixer tap and inset ceiling lighting. Upstairs is the main bedroom, accessed via a single flight of stairs with a metal guard rail at the top. There is a wrought iron double bed, with firm mattress, wall lights, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an external door which gives access to the houses outside space from the bedroom through to a fully paved terrace with your own private area for eating and sunbathing, from the terrace you have views up to the surrounding open countryside. We had a great week there lovely accommodation spotlesly clean. great hosts and dog and great Sunday lunch. would definitely book again.
