The solid wood floors - piano finish- gleams from the kitchen, through the dining area(seating for 4ppl with garden view) and into the open concept living room (seating for 6ppl - has sofa bed a futon sofa bed, flat screen t.v. with satellite and d.v.d player as well as garden view), while the 4 pc bathroom is adorned with warm natural coloured imported marble tiles and custom made French vanity with solid brass taps and basin. There is also a large volume clothes washer and dryer and a hair dryer for added convenience. upon Entering the grounds you travel along a winding drive that meanders through the 10 acre estate, across park like lands, open meadows and past 5 ponds (winter ice skating -weather permitting) the property is surrounded by woodlands.
