Very nice property.
Windy during day time.
Wish we knew about the other side of the home as for the little extra to rent we would have rented entire house.
We had a party of 6 but only 3 beds so some had to sleep on the couches.
Nice place to rent for a family get together hope there is a next time

Our vacation rental was wonderful. The view from the house was spectacular, with the Olympic Range across the water. We were able to watch Golden Eagles and Bald Eagles soaring on the breeze. The home was dated but well kept and very comfortable. It accommodated the six of us very nicely. Everything was labeled for easy access. We would stay there again.

A beautiful location. Gorgeous oceanfront property, Great hiking nearby. <br/>The home was very clean, but a little tired. Kitchen and bathrooms are older. Fairly well stocked kitchen.<br/>Accessed by a winding country road and then a steep driveway into property. Neither was a problem because they were well maintained.<br/>Exceptional property management team, went out of their way to accommodate us at the last minute.

Awesome view
Very nice and peaceful except the entrance of the drive way is a bit steep wish to have some improvement and bigger water tank that will be great!

Wonderful place for sewing retreat
My friends and I ‘stitched and bitched’ for three days in this super peaceful lovely home. Fantastic view!
Hope to come again in the summer.

This house along with the management team gave our holiday experience an A+. We really enjoyed our time in Sooke. This place is surrounded by trees and has a huge yard with it’s own dock. The views is breathtaking.

Mixed review
The booking process was extremely cumbersome and inflexible. It was not user friendly at all.
The property is great. There was no running water. The management was skeptical and didnt act on the problem for some hours. Ultimately the problem could not be resolved and we were moved to another property and refunded in full. We did stay for 2 nights and were given an inadequate amount of bottled water to get by. We were ultimately moved to a very pleasant property but in a totally different location. Management company tried their best to deal with the situation, but with 2 small children in our party, we had challenges

Spacious & Private Oceanfront Setting
The house is definitely an oldie but very spacious and the property is lovely! Surrounded by trees, private beach, gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed the wildlife - deer & rabbits grazing on the lawn, seals & otters by the dock. The beds were comfy, plenty of linens, well stocked - had everything we needed. The EMR contract was detailed & they were quick to respond to our questions. It was the quiet, private setting with a beautiful ocean view that we were looking for and we'll be looking forward to another stay!

Superb location. 45 minutes to downtown Victoria. Close to Galloping Goose walking and Bicycling trail. East Sooke Regional park full of easy to challenging hiking.
