This small cabin is an economical getaway for two people who travel light. Vintage Sooke Cabin overlooks the Strait of Juan de Fuca and has views of the Olympic Mountains across the water. Sightings of seals, sea lions, and many different kinds of ocean birds are common here. Whales are often in the area in summer time. Vintage Sooke Cabin is a base from which to explore the Sooke area with its walking, cycling, beachcombing, and other outdoor opportunities.

Items and furnishings in the cabin have been carefully sourced, and are rare but functional antiques or pieces of art. We LOVED our stay at this cabin and would definitely recommend. We stayed 11 nights and the cabin, albeit small, had everything we needed to cook & eat our own food. We stayed with our 2 kids (3 and 6) who were more than comfortable on the futon. The cabin is right next to the ocean (there is a little cliff but we were able to climb down at low tide) and the view is breathtaking. The bed is super cozy and comfortable and that was a fantastic little bonus.

A wonderful rustic cottage that was even better than expected! No television but wifi was great. Everything you need for a getaway.

Cozy Retreat
We loved this cozy little cabin. My husband is quite tall. Thankfully the ceilings are high and the cabin itself is equipped with everything you need. The best thing about this place is being right on the ocean. You fall asleep and awake to the sound of the waves. We would definitely recommend this spot to friends and stay again in the future.

Unique property in stunning location
Accommodation is adequate for 1/2 people but location is the best selling point. The only difficulty I found, as somebody who suffers from dodgy knees, is the couch was a bit low and difficult to get up from. A comfy chair would of been nice. The area is quite remote but with own transport that is no problem. Would willingly return.

Great little get away
We loved our stay in the Vintage cottage. It had everything we needed. The best part was the view out the bedroom window while laying in bed. And the two Adirondack chairs, where we sat and had coffee or just relaxed and watched the waves come in and the fishing boats trolling. It was also beautiful to watch the fog roll in and the moon at night. Would recommend this cottage to anyone. Loved it there and can’t wait to go back

Lovely cabin at the sea
Cozy cabin with everything one needs in a great location directly at the sea. Perfect for a couple who likes to explore the surrounding nature. Small but absolutely lovely!
Organization was smooth and friendly, too.
