Very easy to communicate with Chad who was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Home was clean and comfortable, the property peaceful. We enjoyed taking in all the natural surroundings. Thank you, Chad.

Beautiful property clean and well kept had everything we needed. Views were amazing from the house and patio. The hot tub did need a cleaning so we did not use it.

We so enjoyed watching the tides, the birds, seals, and otters from almost every room in the house. The property is so peaceful, and whether you want to sit on the rocks on the beach, on the grass, or in the hot tub, the views do not disappoint.

We stayed in this beautiful property for a few days to celebrate my birthday and Mother's day. We were looking for a place that was beautiful and clean enough to spend time indoors and also offered easy access to hikes and the ocean. Chad's property was the perfect choice for us. I was a little worried that my 9 and 13 year olds would find it a bit boring but they both wished we could have stayed even longer. It was the first time we ever splurged on a local getaway and it was so worth it. Chad was super responsive and quickly answered a couple of questions that we had early in our stay. Also appreciated that it was pet free because one of my kids has significant pet allergies. It was perfect!

Chad was so easy to deal with, he even let us in a little earlier as his place was ready. It was exactly like the pictures and description. Loved the wildlife visits every day.

It’s not often you find a place that is as good as the pictures and description, but here it is. The view was amazing, the property was amazing and the house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We saw seals, minks, otters, peacock, a bald eagle, a pelican and so many more animals. Plus, sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars was a great way to relax after a long day of sight seeing and hiking. There were so many great spots nearby, too. We only wish we had more time to see them all. There is a tv with Netflix, but for the first time in a while, we never felt the need to use it. The one thing that caught me off guard a little was having to balance the chemicals in the hot tub, as I’ve never done it before, but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out. Anyway, if you’re thinking about booking this place, do not hesitate. It is better than advertised!!

We have been trying to contact Chad, the owner. My husband accidentally left a blue belt, a fluffy pair of socks, and two pairs of shorts in the bottom drawer of the master bedroom dresser. we would like to get them back if they can be shipped collect.

Stayed here for Spring Break with the grandkids, what a beautiful tranquil place, Looks exactly like all the pictures, very clean, the view was fantastic., saw seals, otters and deer. The grandkids just loved it, This is the best place to get away too, Hope to go back someday. Thank you for sharing your place Darlene R
