Perfect place to accommodate a large group. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and a dog and had more than enough space inside with a huge secure yard for the kids to play.
The kitchen was perfect for large family dinners. The kayaking and paddle boarding and swimming right out the backyard was awesome… just have to wait for high tide.
Very likely we will try to book again.

Family Fun
The house was great for our group of nine. We loved the large yard with easy access to the water. The kitchen was outstanding … 6 burner stove made prep easy with a great variety of dishes and utensils. Loved the location with many wonderful beaches and especially the Sooke Potholes nearby. Asha was friendly, showing us around on arrival and easily accessible.

Great family reunion
We had three generations of family all under one roof and it was amazing. The common areas flowed together really well and the outdoor space was awesome. Really loved having two tables with chairs. We were able to play games, work on a puzzle, share meals with ease. Family barbeques, made great use of the fire pit. The view was incredible,, had a great time collecting shells on the beach.
There were so many things to do within an easy drive from the house, we all had such a great time. Definitely will come back.
Thank you so much for having this house available for people to create special memories in.

This is it!
We have been using VRBO for nearly a decade now, and have enjoyed some great properties, but this beat them all! The house met all our needs than added in luxury I wasn't expecting. While the septic system meant we had limit shower time, that didn't change at all the level of pure pleasure I got from the shower in the primary suite. Wow! And the bathtub! I could immerse myself completely without even filling it full. This house is THE house!

Great Family Vacation Spot
We booked this place for a long overdue 3-generation family celebration. 9 of us had enough space to be together and be alone. Outdoor firepit and tables were a treat. Also being next door to a kayak/SUP rental place was an additional bonus.

Beautiful week in Sooke
The backyard and view of this house were beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit too. Lovely.

Fabulous stay
Great property, perfect for larger groups.
Well equipped and in a lovely location.
Property manager was helpful but not intrusive.

Family reunion
Mostly good just a bit annoying with the one stove not working and not able to use blinds
Kitchen well stocked but replacement of some items needed (fry pans and flippers)
TV very confusing to use. Upgrading living room couch might be nice (very uncomfortable) Bedrooms were great nice beds and plenty of room for everyone. Suite was great for the extra beds and a bit of privacy.

A Golden place !!
This was a special reunion for our family. Covid threw a wrench in our plans for our 50 th wedding anniversary and this was a beautiful solution. Room for everyone, beautiful location, fire pit in the nice backyard. We would love to come back .
