Very Clean
The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated very nicely.
We were disappointed, however, that despite the promotion of a communal sitting area, there was, in fact, no furniture to sit on. Someone moved a single chair and foot stool to the area, but that was all that was there. We made do, but felt a bit misled. We did inquire and were told that the owners did not have it in their budget to purchase furniture at the moment.
The location is directly off of the main road through Sooke. There is no sidewalk or path to walk-in from the property, so in order to go for a walk anywhere, we had to drive elsewhere.
The ocean view from the property was very beautiful! Grocery stores and shops were very close by.
The check in process was very smooth. Iris Properties checked in with us and were responsive.

Plesant Stay In Sooke

An Ahhh Moment . . .
Our stay at Seaside was amazing. The rooms were so thoughtfully & beautifully decorated that it was like an "ahhh" moment for us every time we stepped in. Great location to amenities and the beach. Picturesque setting. Will definitely recommend to friends & family and hope to be back soon. Thank you . . .
