Generally fine, some strengths but some weaknesses too.
We rented this apartment in October. If you are renting out in the autumn/winter months I think you need to give a little more thought to comfort.
Several strengths, a lovely, fitted, new kitchen but really needs a light! Very dim to cook in in the evening. Lovely large double bedroom with comfortable bed and lots of storage.
Second bedroom has two very small single beds, so, if you are an adult they are very challenging!! In the end I pushed both together which helped.
Two rather outdated arm chairs were not very comfortable, a big sofa would be so much better. In the autumn/ winter months a rug on the floor would make it more comfortable.
Shower room fine but towels old and thin, need replacing. Bedding too, old fashioned, duvets would be better.
Owners parents very friendly and welcoming . Lastly, and for us a biggie, no wi fi! I should have checked of course but nowadays we sort of expect it.
Plenty to seein the immediate area and beyond. Not sure if I would recommend, more comfortable seating area and wi fi a must for most.

We are sorry to read this review from one of our guests.
This is the first complaint we received. We are used to meet and resolve any guests' requests. The two "very small" beds are two Italian standard single beds (90x200cm). Bed linen are country style in line with the country ambience.
About the towels, there are no problem to change the bed linen and towels by guest requests.
The ad specifies that there is no wi fi in the villa, at least for now, we don't know for the future.
We rent a homely and nice apartment with the confort you can find at a competitive price (23€/night per person).

Lovely appartment close to Montecassino Abbey
Really pleased with the appartment.Nice garden to look out on whilst dining 'alfresco'.

Quiet location.
Needed an extra comfortable chair in the lounge as there were only 2 ( 3 of us staying),but this was provided the very next day,so no problem.
Kitchen looked new.The only things we missed were a microwave and a couple of good quality non stick pans.Otherwise everything else was perfect.
Lovely fresh figs given to us by Mario.......thank you.
Owners were very friendly.
