Located in the vibrant town of Penzance, Sunrise Apartment's excellent seafront location boasts fantastic sea views across to the harbour, Mounts bay and the magical St Michaels Mount. The home is a short stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of this lively and interesting coastal resort. Many shops, galleries, parks, restaurants and pubs are within a short distance of the property. The apartment is newly refurbished for 2018 to a high Luxury standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home! Over three floors this apartment is spacious and therefore perfect to accommodate 6 adults or a medium to large family in comfort. Bathroom with whirlpool spa bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer-dryer, roof terrace with unhindered sea views, open plan living room with dining table in the bay. The apartment has stairs and access to it is by an outside access path which also has steps so please be aware prams would need lifting up a flight of steps and wheelchair access would be problematic although you can approach from the rear thus avoiding the larger flight of steps. mainly bookings are being taken Sunday to Sunday so ideal to miss the traffic! minimum 3 night stays also a possibility so please ask if you require that. Please contact me to enquire for any other length of stay or changeover day as variation can be arranged. Please don't wear outside shoes in the apartment. No parking on the property - There is on street parking which is sometimes hard to find but normally there will be a space somewhere nearby. Must climb stairs - You could stay on the level you enter the building but steps are required to enter(less if you use the rear lane from Coastguards Crescent). No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check-in time is 5PM - 11PM Check out by 9AM Self check-in with keybox. Please download the Vrbo App to your phone as it gives you all the required arrival, directions, access information and more to the property! Please Note: Due to Covid 19 this season Check out is by 09:00 a.m. to give housekeeping extra time to carry out deep cleaning. If anyone in the guests party shows any symptoms of Coronavirus, they must immediately inform us and then the entire party must return to their primary residence to self isolate. Late checkout is strictly by advance arrangement only. It is not always possible due to the next guest coming in and housekeeping schedules but we will try to accommodate where we can. Unauthorised late checkout may incur a late checkout fee if houskeeping have to bring in extra staff and in turn pass on the charge to us.
