Alec's little annex was perfect for us. It was clean, very attractively furnished and Alec provided us with everything we needed for the first few days. The fridge was well stocked. The location was awesome, within walking distance of the harbor, bus station and good restaurants. There was also a parking space, which is not a given. We can unconditionally recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much

Apartment is beautiful, in decor, style and a lot of thought has gone into creating this space. Had lots of personal touches and Serena and Alec are most welcoming and kind. Walkable into town and on main bus route to other towns. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Penzance, really is a hidden gem!

Easy booking process and host was always prompt with responses. Great little hideaway, exactly as described and with everything required for a fab stay. Great location to attractions, the promenade, town and bus/ train station. Car stayed put all week. Plenty of walks and fun had. Lovely stay.

The room was great. Everything we needed for a weekend break . Really nicely decorated, which we loved . Good location to restaurants and bars and seafront.
All very clean , really comfortable bed , good shower,
Lovely little touch's , including first breakfast provided, good bread 👍
Will definitely recommend to friends if they want to stay in Penzance .

Schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt in Penzance. Bis in die Stadt sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. dem Minack Theater, Lands End oder Mousehole nur kurze Fahrtwege. Wir erhielten vorab schon sehr viele und hilfreiche Informationen bezüglich der Unterkunft. Für unseren Hund wurde auch gesorgt.
