Kitchen and Utilities: Electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave fridge and free standing freezer. Entertainment: 42' TV with Basic Sky Package, DVD Player, Radio/CD player. Outside: Balcony with outside furniture. Parking: Parking by permit. Please be aware this does not guarantee you a space. General: WiFi Provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No Smoking. Linen and towels provided. Pets: Maximum of 2 pets accepted. £25 per pet per week. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Notes: Please be aware this property is situated on the riverfront, please do not leave your children unattended on the balcony and the property is located down 96 steps from the roadside. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only.
