Blackpool Sands beach approx 4 miles away, Dart steam train, River Crusies, Dartmouth castle as well as the many activities in the nearby towns of Totnes, Paignton, Brixham, Torquay Etc. Norton Park is on a 22 acre site with stunning views towards Dartmouth and Start Bay, it is approx one mile from Dartmouth town centre and the Dart Harbour. Known as the jewel of the South Hams the pretty waterside town of Dartmouth is a popular boating centre, boasting a world famous Regatta, stepped in history with its narrow streets and cobbled lanes, hosting an abundance of chic boutiques and gallereis, not to mention its array of resturants, pubs and street cafe's. Its a region of rural and coastal devon in a area of outstanding natural beauty with dartmoor national park to the north and one of the uk's most beautiful stretch of coastlines to the south. Made very welcome by the owners. Bumblebee was spotless and had everything you need and more, books, DVDs, cleaning materials, foil etc provided. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The chalet was in a very good position on the site, not overlooked at all....More

There is a Bus stop outside the park entrance, number 92, which takes you into Dartmouth. There is a park and ride, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and a Sainsburys supermarket + petrol station all just down the road,walking is possible but not advised as narrow road.
