Access road is very steep with few passing places. Driveway to property is steep, uneven and overgrown with plants and bushes. Glad we had a 4x4! Also abandoned vehicle parked on driveway. Upstairs of property immaculately clean with lovely freshly washed bedding. However bedroom door handle forever falling off (must have been seen when bedding changed!), radiators get warm but...

A cosy cottage in a very rural setting, yet only about 3 miles from the small town of Lynton.The central heating kept us cosy, the bathroom/WC was on the ground floor, but only down 8 stairs, and it worked well for us.The only sounds were birds by day, total silence (apart from rain and hail) at night.
