When you stay at our Bournemouth apartment you will love the homely feel of the furnishings and the standard of cleanliness - we hope we have thought of everything as we are holiday makers too! By day you are minutes walk to the beach, Bournemouth centre with its great shops, vibrant nightlife, theatre and gallery - when you come back to rest you are just far enough away from the hustle for a peaceful nights sleep plus your car is secure in our private off road parking. WiFi is included so you don't need to worry about finding a signal and there is a flat screen TV's to enjoy Freeview or Netflix if you fancy a night in. The property stands well back from the road in it's own well kept grounds and is easy to find from all routes. Private parking is available within the grounds at no extra cost. You will welcome the convenience of our apartment as not only are the award winning Bournemouth beach and pleasure gardens within a short walk so is a large supermarket, the station and travel interchange, perfect for those of you travelling by coach or train. Bus stops are just outside the apartment if you fancy venturing further afield. If you don't want to travel too far for a meal there is a Table Table within two minutes walk from the apartment. There are also have a selection of takeaway meals available for delivery by Deliveroo including Pizza Express, Prezzo, Zizzi and Koh Thai. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth and Old Christchurch road where you will find a very wide variety of restaurants offering world cuisines. The renowned eclectic mix of free events are easily accessed on foot including the Bournemouth Air Festival, Bournemouth Wheels Festival, Bournemouth Food & Drink Festival, The Christmas Garden of Lights Festival, Friday night fireworks throughout August and so on - there's so much on offer in Bournemouth. Bournemouth's beach and seafront is accessed via the Toft Zig Zag or for a modest charge, the famous East Cliff Lift which holds the Guinness world record for the worlds shortest funicular railway! Both within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Regretfully we are unable to accept pets. Accommodation: Apartment - Sleeps 5 (including cot). Fully self contained. Ground Floor. Private entrance door leads to hallway with access to bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room. The apartments is decorated to a high standard. You will find adequate wardrobe (with coat hangers) and storage, electric kettle and supplies of china, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. The apartment is meticulously cleaned before your stay under the personal supervision of the owner. Bed linen is provided and the king bed is fully made up before your arrival. Clean bedding for the sofa bed is close to hand for your own use. Please bring your own towels for bathroom and beach. The apartment is supplied with basic cleaning materials. An iron and ironing board are also provided. A £20 deposit is taken/ refunded if apartment is left in same clean and tidy condition as arrival. Electricity included at no extra cost. The apartment can be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guests arriving early (before 3pm) are welcome to park cars in the grounds with prior notification to the owners as desired.More

Great location. Ideal for taking the bus into town. Walking to the beach and shops. Apartment good. Basic but clean. Happily stay again for another weekend break Hopefully next time we will see more sun.

The apartment had a bus stop right outside and a Premier Inn restaurant two minutes walk away. It was warm, well furnished and comfortable. Would go again. (Also enjoyed feeding the squirrel!).

The apartment is in the quiet but fantastic location of Bournemouth's East Cliff. Perfect for lazy days on the beach or visiting Bournemouth centre and Gardens. All within easy reach on foot. You will love the private parking and the fact the apartment is set well back from the road so it is really safe and you will get a great night's sleep.
