Holiday Rental House
The Lodge is a new property built in 2017 and completed in 2018. It has three en-suite double bedrooms each with a TV and tub chairs and is suitable for families or couples. There is an upstairs balcony accessed from the landing. It has a utility room and family bathroom / WC downstairs with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. It is largely open plan downstairs with under-floor heating and plenty of space for sofas, dining area, kitchen area with breakfast bar, dishwasher, main fridge / freezer and a drinks fridge. The living area has a 50 inch TV. Patio doors lead onto a decking area with outside table and chairs and a six person hot tub. Private garden. As of winter 2017/18 the landscaping around the lodge has yet to be completed - this is work in progress. The Lodge is located at Broomfields Farm in Whitby which is within walking distance of the town centre (25 minutes or 3 minutes by car), two local pubs, Sainsburys supermarket and a bakery. The property is adjacent to The Cinder Path which is the old railway line from Whitby to Robin Hoods Bay and is now a walking and cycle path. Other footpaths lead directly into the North York Moors National Park.More

Pets downstairs only please and to be kept off the soft furnishings; dog mess to be cleared away and binned. For your safety and comfort smoking is permitted outside only; no naked lights, BBQ's etc. on or near the decking area. The Hot Tub instructions for use should be consulted on site.

Wow! We decided to try for somewhere to stay rather than travelling to Whitby and back in the day. However we wanted somewhere suitable for a dog, toddler and with a hot tub. Well the lodge exceeded our expectations. Fab space in a great location...More
