Beautiful accommodation set in lovely area
Tor Farm is simply stunning. Set in a remote & tranquil location in Nyland, close to Cheddar. It’s a great spot for exploring the surrounding area. The lodges themselves are beautiful. Well maintained, clean & modern. The hot tub is a fantastic addition & it’s great to unwind in at the end of a busy day. Be sure to take a walk up Nyland Hill - there is a less steep path up to the Trig point if you walk round ur bottom of the hill to the right towards the gate. The views on a clear sunny day are amazing. Although we did not meet Karen, we felt very much greeted by her - simple things like message to check how our first night went etc. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a base to explore this area. During our stay we visited Stonehenge (1hr 20 mins), Longleat Safari (1hr), Glastonbury Tor (30 mins) & Cheddar (20 mins).

Great lodge
Fab Monday to Friday break here. Lovely lodge on beautiful surroundings. Lodge was clean, well presented with two king size beds, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for five day stay. Hot tub was hot and great for star gazing. Nice to get visits from the chickens in the morning. Looking forward to coming again.

Absolutely Superb!
What a fabulous place. The lodge is spacious, modern and really warm. The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering break. The view, the peace and quiet, and Mother Nature at her best! The highlight of the break of course is the wonderful hot tub - basking in the warm waters gazing up at the stars. Would definitely recommend a stay at Tor Farm.

An amazing place
The owners were brilliant, really welcoming. The organisation before we went was flawless. The cabin, when we arrived was perfect. The attention to detail was fantastic. The hot tub was lovely, the bedrooms huge, the towels big and fluffy and the welcome basket was great. All the cabins were designed so we had privacy and our own area to relax outside the cabin. The shared pool was really good fun, our 10 year old spent hours in it playing with toys provided. The location of Tor farm is great, very close to Cheddar at the end of a lane filled with farms and farm animals.

Peaceful amazing lodge with hot tub
Me and my partner stayed here in November 2015 for a little get away with our pooch. The cabins are amazing, so big and cosy. The bed was so comfy it was difficult to get out of. Its hidden away and about a ten minute drive from the town centre the only thing we heard was the sheep in the next field. The cabins are far enough away from each other to not hear the other families. The cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub was the added extra, it certainly warmed us up on an icy winters evening and was completely private. Loved it so much that we have booked to come back this year
