Half a mile from local thriving village with cafes, hairdressers, beauty parlours, well-stocked grocery shop and the famous Maud's Ice-cream parlour. The 800-year old Carrickfergus Castle, one of Irelands oldest and most impressive Norman castles, is only 5 miles away. Belfast Zoo, Fortwilliam Golf Club, the beautiful and historic Cave Hill offering stunning views over Belfast & the Lough, are all only ten minutes drive. All visitors have direct private access to the coastal path and beach, where you can enjoy leisurely walks and a gently scenic cycle.
Getting around
