Light and spacious two bedroom, second floor apartment offers relaxed and comfortable home from home.

Located on Edinburgh's vibrant Leith Walk to the north east of the city centre.
The Leith district offers plenty of attractions including the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre which hosts a good selection of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema as well as a a number of great quality shops.
The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh with all the major city centre attractions within easy reach. The city centre is an approximately 10 minute stroll by foot or 5 minute bus journey with the main street being well serviced by a number of buses.

Clean and comfortable. Although it is centrally located, it was very quiet. Very convenient to everything, many places within walking distance. Lovely bedding and comfortable beds.

Great location, close to groceries and a 25 min walk to the Royal Mile. Slept 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and space to eat or relax. Had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Only reason we didn't rate Excellent is...More

Princes Street and George Street offers a variety of high end retail establishments and particularly George Street a number of upmarket bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Happy to provide further suggests for places to visit, eat and drink upon request and a number of brochures provided in the apartment.

The Leith Shore area is wonderful to wander and explore, traditionally a port town it is full of quirky converted bond buildings and has become a hub for fabulous eateries and bars. Ocean Terminal provides a multiplex cinema for some timeout from sightseeing and is home to a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. It also links you to the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored here and available to tour.

Free private parking is available outside the apartment and it is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-8. The apartment is around 20min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services.

An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley Bridge or alternatively a number 35 leaves from the main road directly outside the property and stops at the airport.
