The living room has recently been refurbished and is very comfortable accommodating a reclining leather sofa and Stressless Chair with stool. There is a 40' full HD television complete with Blu-ray/DVD player and a range of DVD's and books for the use of guests during their stay. Free Wi Fi and the use of NETFLIX is also available. The bedroom is attractively decorated with ample storage and for your comfort we provide a selection of pillows and your choice of duvet tog rating. There is also a bed topper if required, radio and television with remote control. The bathroom has also recently been refurbished with a new suite, including a powerful shower and new lighting. Hot water is available at all times and it is an extremely warm and comfortable flat if you are planning staying during the autumn and winter months. There are open views to shared garden/courtyard space, landscaped grounds and private parking. Free private parking - There is a designated space for the apartment and visitor spaces. Bikes - Guests have access to locked bike store should they have bikes or wish to hire bikes. Free Wi Fi. Not suitable for pets. Not suitable for disabled access as the apartment is on the first floor. This first floor Apartment is well situated within Inverness, less than 5 minutes from the scenic River Ness and Islands and Eden Court Theatre. More

This is our second visit here and it was just as good as the first. The location is great - near the river for walks and only a 5 - 10 minute stroll into the town along the Ness. There is an allocated parking space...More

The location is great about 50 yards from the river and 5 mins walk to the centre and castle. Ideal for exploring Loch Ness and the Black Isle.. Apartment has everything you need and more. Lots of information about places to visit and eat, Alison...More

Ness Retreat is very welk located and just a minutes walk from the Ness River walk. A couple of minutes further and you are in the middle of the town center. The apartment itself is just fine and very well equiped, clean and big enough....More

About the neighbourhood
Ness Retreat is a private development in a secluded popular area of Inverness. It occupies a cul de sac so is nice and quiet, away from busy roads. It’s close to many of Inverness’s amenities such as Eden Court Theatre and Cinemas and the River Ness and associated walks through the Ness Islands. The Leisure Centre, Floral Hall (with Cafe and beautiful Gardens), Highland Archive Centre and the iconic Caledonian Canal are also within easy walking distance. Equally the city centre and many eating establishments and shops are nearby.
Getting around
Ness Retreat is centrally situated for getting around on foot. It’s close to many of Inverness’s amenities such as Eden Court Theatre,Ness Islands, the Leisure Centre, the Floral Hall (with Cafe and beautiful Gardens), the Highland Archive Centre and the iconic Caledonian Canal. The city centre and many cafes and restaurants are also all within easy walking distance. Ness Retreat really is in an ideal location, close to all these amenities, but in a very quiet secluded and private area. Ness Retreat also has its own designated parking space so there is no stress with parking your vehicle. There is also a local bus service which can easily be reached on foot. We also have access to a bike store, should guests wish to take their bicycles.
