This is also the same if you are deemed to be causing a nuisance No smoking, children or pets allowed. Electricity is subject to a fair usage policy of 20 GBP per week/80 GBP per month. Any electricity used over this amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

Worst experience ever had

The owner demonstrated absolute disrespekt and rudeness, my money for 5 nights have been just stolen. Don't recommend.

Leamington is a fabulous Spa town with many shops, places to visit and great access to travel and explore. Come stay with us and see how much you will enjoy all that it has to offer.
Getting around
The apartments location is ideal for easy access to all the shops, parks and restaurants as they are all less than a minutes walk away. If you want to add a day trip to London the train station is also a very short walk away and takes approximately 50mins to get to London Marylebone station. Birmingham is 30mins away on the train and both are direct links. Overall because this apartment is very central you won't need a car to soak up all the Spa town has to offer. However if you do have a car the apartment has its own dedicated free parking space.
