In the heart of the Antibes Old Town, on the third floor you will find our charming old and renovated roof top apartment. On the corner of Rue Vial and Rue du Marc, the entry door is at nr 17 Rue du Marc, this is a quiet area with very narrow odl streets and no traffic. The apartment interior space is 44 sqm with two bedrooms, one in each end of the apartment, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, and second bedroom with en-suite bathroom, toilet separate. Galley kitchen and dining area, as well as sofa and armchairs to relax on. Large terrace of approximately 28 sqm running the full length of the apartment in a south-east / north westerly direction. French doors open up onto the terrace, with dining table and sun loungers in the open air. Only four apartments in our building, plus small coffee shop on the ground floor.... Read more

Our friend and helper living nearby holds a key and will meet you on arrival, or we can post the key before you travel. The apartment will be clean, changed and ready for your stay. If you would like to have cleaning through out your stay that can be arranged against a fee. On departure we kinldy ask our guests to throw out all rubbish and leave the apartment in the same state as it was found on arrival.

Low old stone buildings, mix of permanent residents and second homes, Antibes is a small intimate very old town. Charming all year around, and with many good restaurants and bars. Our apartment is on the corner of two quiet streets. The beach and the Marina are only a ten minute walk, the Provencal Market five - ten minutes. Parking payable in underground garage two minutes away, weekly rates available.
