The property is excellent for two people. Everything you would need. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Located 10 minutes easy stroll to Nice center. Nice & quite. The outdoor area (shared- there are 2 other apartments opening onto this roof top area though nobody used it during our stay, I understand they are both resident so were working, the picture shows the area specific to the rental apartment) pictured above adds that little bit extra, very comfortable area to eat and relax. While we were there (May) it was shaded from direct sunshine most of the day which suited us. (Not really suited for sunbathing). We would certainly book this property again.

Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, klein aber gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, nah zum Meer und auch zur Altstadt ideal. Einkaufen und Restaurants alles in der Nähe! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Our trip to Nice was made all the more pleasant by our lovely accommodation and friendly hosts . The accommodation was very well equipped , we cooked a meal most evenings. The air conditioning is a definate must for a holiday at this time of year we had above normal temperatures reaching high 30 deg ,it would have been unbearable without it . There is a small Lidl across the street and a Casino store in the next road , so no trecking around for provisions . Bus stops and train station not far away and a few minutes walk to the beach .Highly recommended

Der Aufenthalt in Nizza war ein voller Erfolg. Die Begrüssung der Vermieter war sehr herzlich und willkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet jeden Confort an den man braucht um einen Urlaub geniessen zu können. Die Nähe zur Promenade und Strand, sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Strasse liegt sondern in einem Hinterteil eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist die Ruhe richtig schön, jede Nacht war Entspannung pur.
Wir würden sicherlich nochmals diese Wohnung buchen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt.
