This 3 bed apartment was spacious, airy and comfortable, with a single bathroom and air con in all rooms. The kitchen area has all the usual appliances, including a washing machine for laundry, if necessary. There is a large TV and Netflix/Amazon as well as local channels, and the apartment is a 5 minute walk from both the tram stop, and the beach. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, so really handy for dining out. The only negative is that the refuse collections happen immediately below the front 2 bedrooms, and are incredibly noisy, so I would recommend earplugs. The train station is a 10 minute tram ride away, and the airport is 30 minutes by taxi. The owner and host (Valerie) are both helpful and reliable, as well as flexible with regards to check in / out. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and supplies all the amenities you need, very clean, spacious, great TV and superb air conditioning. Located in the Old Town and also very near to the beach. On our arrival we were met and greeted by Valerie who gave us a tour of the apartment and explained the workings of appliances and provided us with local information etc., she also explained how to contact her during our stay regarding further information of any kind (fantastic service). All in all we could not have wished for better accommodation which enhanced our visit to Nice.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped and has efficient air conditioning. The position is fantastic right in the heart of vielle Nice. Valerie was very helpful and friendly and helped us settle in. Highly recommended

Great apartment in the heart of the old town but the downside is very early and very noisy bin collections every single morning - the noise right outside the windows of the two street facing bedrooms is impossible to ignore. We also found noise from late night revellers to be an issue but this is to be expected in such a central location. In every other way the apt is great (although a little dark but that is likely a blessing in high summer). Earplugs are supplied but not effective against the level of noise generated by the bin collectors - endless crashing of bottles etc. If you want to get up v. early on hols it's obviously not an issue but if you want to lie in even a little bit it's not the best.

Outstanding location in the Old Town. Great host. Superb facilities. We had a great stay for 4 nights and the apartment was extremely spacious for 6 people. We will return!!

Not one to write reviews but felt the need to write on this occasion! From the moment of initial contact Michael was quick and efficient in his responses and once he introduced Valerie (who takes care of the property) she too was quick and efficient in communications. In my opinion the listing description was accurate, in regards to the location, layout and facilities the property had to offer. It was clean and well maintained and Valerie provided very good customer service. Location has got to be one of the best features, as property is so close to shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beautiful beach! But what's great about it, is it's tucked away amongst it all in the old town, so very peaceful in the evenings! Yes the bins do get sorted early morning but didn't bother me at all.....in truth I've never seen an entire area so clean! Also next to a big (fairly cheap) supermarket....which was a lovely walk through the old town! Would recommend the property to others! Thank you Michael and Valerie Jay

The apartment was very clean and welcoming and situation in the heart of the Old Town. Perfect for easy access to the promenade and local restaurants as well as commuting up and down the coast.

So satisfied! We (family of four) are coming back to this apartment again and again - it has truly become our home away from home. Spacious, with three bedrooms and a large livingroom/kitchen. And the aircon is good to have on hot summerdays! And of course - the area really appeals to us. Just outside our door, we find ourselves in the middle of all Nice has to offer. Great restaurants, bars, the cours saleya market, place massena.. everything right around the corner! Big thanks to our hosts Mike and Valerie - it has been a pleasure, as always! We will be back, as soon as possible ;)

I was so happy we booked this apartment for our trip to Nice over the Easter break. The apartment is fully equipped and centrally located making it a fantastic base to explore Nice and beyond. Easy walk to all we needed..the beaches along Promenade des Anglais, Place Masena, restaurants, the market (Cours saleya), shops on our doorstep. For those wishing to explore further out, the tram stop, bus and train station are within an easy walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and surprisingly spacious for a city centre apartment. It has a amazing selection of tv channels which kept the kids happy in the evenings. It was a pleasure to deal with both Michael and his apartment manager (Valerie). Valerie is very efficient and ensured we had all we needed at the apartment and did a good tour/induction so we felt right at home from the first day! She even helped us sort out an error I had made with our booking dates, all with no hassle. I would be very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous stunning apartment in the Old town, only 3 minutes from beach. Great restaurants, bars, bakers on your doorstep and close to trams if you don’t like walking. Very spacious , beautifully furnished apartment and well equipped with everything you need if you wanted a self catering holiday. Also has a full Sky tv package and an online video movie library. Great communication with the owner and his assistant Valerie who couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay next year.
