Lovely apartment, very clean, well equiped and in a great location. Lack of air conditioning a challenge in very hot weather. Would stay again at a cooler time of year. Valarie is very friendly and helpful.

We travelled as a party of 5 ladies and found the apartment ideal for our 5 day stay! Valerie, our host was very helpful and put us at ease immediately! Facilities were all very clean and the welcome pack added to our comfort! Would definitely recommend and return! 5*****

We stayed in this beautiful,spacious well equipped apartment in April. Great location in centre of nice , a short walk to the promenade des anglais and to shopping street. Met by Valeria, who was helpful and pleasant.

I loved the appartment, my wife and children adored it. Just in the middle of Nice central, but well protected from the traffic noise with the double windows. It was perfect. We could easily strolled 5 minutes to the Promenade des Anglais (the famous beach side), or turn left to Galleries Lafayette's or the botanic garden. Thank you for the wine by the way We had a day trip to Monaco the first week and the second week we went to Antibes. Valerie was fantastic and welcoming and we really appreciated her easy going approach by showing us how things work and the surrounding shops and amenities. We cannot wait to return to Nice soon. I have already recommended Nice to a France and particularly your apartment.

We spent the month of March in this fabulous apartment. The apartment is well equipped. Everything you need to cook your meals is there. The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is perfectly located, near les Promenades des Anglais, food stores, many restaurants and an easy short walk to Old Nice. We highly recommend this magnificent Belle Époque apartment. Valerie, who greeted us, was charming and helpful. As well, she made herself available should we have any questions or concerns during or stay. Mary the owner replied quickly and was also very helpful with all my questions. Do no miss the opportunity to stay in this amazing apartment. It will make your stay in Nice unforgettable!

Wir eine Familie von 6 Personen (4 erwachsene Kinder) haben eine Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist optimal (2 Blocks von der Promenade des Anglais entfernt). Das Apartment ist sehr luxuriös und auch sehr geräumig, auch für 6 Personen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die 2 Bäder sind groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet vom Essgeschirr bis zum Kochgeschirr und erfüllt alle Bedürfnisse. Das Apartment hat sehr viel Charme und vermittelt das Gefühl nicht nur auf Urlaub zu sein, sondern sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Valerie, die uns in Empfang genommen hat und uns alles erklärt hat ist super nett, immer erreichbar und hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert. Der perfekte Platz, um in das Lebensgefühl der Cote D Azur und Südfrankreichs einzutauchen.

We stayed in this apartment a few years ago and couldn’t wait to return. My wife surprised me with a trip for St Patricks weekend and I couldn’t have been happier. The owners do a great job with this apartment. The have had the same woman looking after the cleaning and meet & greet and she is just brilliant - Meets you at the apartment on time and shows you around - Gives you the low-down on the appliances, etc. and then leaves you to it. The apartment itself is really well maintained, cleanliness is faultless and the beds are very comfortable. The local shops have gotten really good too since we were here previously. There is a great high-street of shops on the next block. You have a three supermarkets, along with a very impressive new organic food market that looks like it just opened. Great selection of cafés and bakeries for the mornings too. It’s great that the high standards we expected of this property have been maintained. Well done!

Great location for two couples with easy access by bus or walking to downtown Nice, art museums, St Paul de Vence, Cap Ferrat, Monaco and other Meditterranean attractions. Short walk to beach and promenade. Spacious apartment with all the comforts of home. Close to markets and restaurants.

Myself and 4 friends had a fabulous few days in Nice and loved this apartment. Valerie, the local contact, met us at the apartment and was very welcoming. (We had booked a transfer from the airport through SunTransfers at a very reasonable cost of €40 for the 5 of us.) Everything we wanted to do/see was in easy reach i.e. We took bus to Cannes and train back, a visit to Monte Carlo also a must, we took the train there and again the bus back enjoying the fantastic views. Although no air conditioning in the apartment we found the electric fans were adequate. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.
