There are 3 bedrooms that can be adjusted to suit any guests needs, as well as a downstairs sofa bed for occasional use. Fabulous in every way
We arrived on Monday afternoon and decided to walk from the tram at The Port to the house - uphill and hot, but very easy. The house itself is so nice, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine and a fridge/freezer with water and ice maker! The bedrooms are very comfortable, the air conditioning throughout the house is great! Outside the roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing and looking at the gorgeous views, the jacuzzi and ground floor terrace are just the best for early evening drinks and relation. Tamsin is the best host and made everything so easy. We love Nice and will be back!

Great place to stay
The house was everything we could have wished for. Very well equipped. We loved the sun terrace and the Jacuzzi. Great quite location close to the port and within 15 minutes walk to the old town. Tamsin was really helpful and responded immediately to all our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa, dream place to stay
I stayed in Binn Eadair early May with my family. It was for my mother's 60th, so a special occasion. It definitely works for a special occasion - a beautiful old style villa with modern furnishings, the decking and hot tub are such a treat, as is the sun terrace. It is a little outside the town but it is a nice walk. There are plenty of lovely restaurants right in the harbour so no need to have to go into the town. You can get bus to Monaco right outside Villa and it is really cheap. Tamsin was really friendly and efficient to deal with. We would love to go back.

Perfect place for both families and friends
Really nice place with walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the old town. Easy to catch the local bus to e.g Monaco. The house was well equipped. We loved the terrace with the jacuzzi. Nothing at all to complain about. Very easy to deal with Tamsin.

Fantastic stay at Binn Eadair
We stayed at the villa the first two weeks of Sept 14. Firstly the booking and payment arrangements went smoothly and with minimal fuss thanks to Tamsin's ordered approach so no problems on that front. The villa is excellent with plenty of room, we were a party of 2 adults plus 4 university aged children and we had a really great time. Its location is ideal, a 10 minute walk to bars, wonderful restaurants and to the port and another 10 minutes to the promenade d'anglais and old town. We made use of public transport, all of which are less than 10 mins walk away, to visit Monaco & Cannes. Overall a fantastic holiday in a wonderful villa in an amazing location, cant recommend highly enough :)

Great place to stay!
We loved Binn Eadair. There is lots of room for 2 couples and then one more bedroom for a couple or 2 singles. Well equipped. We ate out on the patio. It is a quiet spot as it is 15mins walk from old Nice. This suited us. There are shops close by to buy food and great croissants. Public transport in Nice is easy to use and inexpensive. Tamsin was very helpful and responded to all our requests immediately. She has a great cab driver who was cheaper than the going rate and very obliging. We would definetly stay there again.

Nice in Nice
Very well resourced, great secure location, was a perfect 5 day holiday home that proved a hit for the whole family. Close to the port of Nice, good restaurants and access to public transport. Made the effort to hire cycles from Velo Bleu at the bottom of the street, the cycle paths stretch down the coast for miles. Took the train down with an overnight in Paris and flew home, which added to the holiday and didn't take a lot more organising. Would recommend this rental, three good sized bedrooms and a private outside space.

Brilliant Property
Property is lovely, was a little unsure when read the review about the steps, however my one year old grandson managed extremely well and was no problem with the pushchair. Cannot speak too highly of Tamsin whose attention to detail is exemplary. Not having to travel with bedding, etc was great. One tip.... don't take too much luggage, there is no need in high season as weather was brilliant

Thumbs up
This apartment was everything we could have wished for. I stayed here with 5 colleagues as we were attending a conference in the centre of Nice. Tamsin was incredibly helpful, flexible and patient, especially during the booking process. We could not have asked for a more accommodating owner! Here are a few particularly good points: -Spacious communal area, with a lovely open plan lounge / kitchen / bar so you can be more sociable when cooking. -Well equipped, with all the items/facilities we needed. We especially appreciated the iPod dock and the ice dispenser. -Luxuries such as the jacuzzi, outdoor dining table and roof terrace made the stay extra special. The roof terrace offers lovely views of the hill on one side, and the sea on the other. -Master bedroom balcony offered a sea view and was perfect for a romantic breakfast. -Within walking distance from town. We had a good 25min walk to the Acropolis centre at least once a day, but the walk through the port and town is lovely. -Variety of restaurants to suit different budgets nearby. And a few things to watch out for: -If you have young children or anyone with mobility problems in your group, you may have difficulty getting up to the terrace. It's a very narrow spiral staircase, and you'd definitely have to supervise children up there, because there is nothing to prevent someone falling off the edge. -The walk to the supermarket is around 15mins (we didn't have a car), but the views on the way are lovely, and thankfully the walk back is downhill. -The floors can get incredibly slippery when wet, because it is hard floor throughout. If you're going in the jacuzzi, I'd recommend putting a towel at the bottom of the stairs and another just inside the door to prevent falls (as well as wrapping yourself in a towel). On the whole I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Although it is technically an apartment, it feels like you have your own house because there is so much space. It's just a shame we had to spend so much time at the conference! But I hope to come here again... Many thanks!

Little piece of heaven.
I didnt want to write a review as I wanted to keep this lovely place a secret, however the owners were so accommodating to us,they deserve the praise. We've just had the most relaxing and wonderful half term break made extra special by this lovely authentic French home. Not too minimul, nice and cosy on cooler evenings and red hot on the sun terrace. Everything you could possibly need was catered for. The location was the ideal place, everywhere within walking distance, but in a quieter location than centre of town ,which was a nice relaxing respite from some of the surrounding buzz. It felt like a home from home and is tastefully and comfortably arranged. Thankyou.

About the neighbourhood
The port of Nice is a bustling area full of restaurants and bars with a safe, yet lively feel. It has a Nicoise atmosphere, with traditional Savoy building facades, and a less touristy feel than some other parts of the city. Whilst you can easily access the Cours Saleya and Old Town, you can also escape to a peaceful sea view at any point and watch both traditional and luxury yachts coming and going. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within easy reach, bus stops, tram stops and a train station.
