The apartment’s views of the sea were amazing. It’s very conveniently located being only 5 minutes walk from the tram for Nice airport and the centre. It had all facilities as described, it was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The double glazed windows were very effective in blocking out most traffic noise at night. The owner, Kathy, was very helpful at all times before and during our stay and extremely responsive to all queries, which we really appreciated. In comparison, the agent was disappointing. We’d certainly like to return.

If possible the view is better than the pictures. The agency is very easy to work with on checking in & out. They even offer a delicious delivered breakfast right to your door Don’t miss out on this. The location is perfect about 20 minutes walk from Old Town & all the noise. The beach is the best right in front of apartment. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was there were no beach chairs, Mars or floats you cannot be across from the best beach & not have gear. The owner told me “to buy a chair” She has had bad luck in the past with people breaking or taking beach chairs. (That’s what deposits are for) Easy access to bus that takes you anywhere in a few minutes. Definitely would recommend this apartment.

Problemas para comunicar la llegada con empresa gerente al t.e celular informado. deben conunicar el t.e fijo al igual que las tarifas por llegada luego despues de las 18 hs apenas o antes de contratar. No suelen contestar el gerente los mails por problemas de estadia pero los solucionan

Excellent art deco apartment,beautiful location with balcony overlooking the sea on the promenade des anglais. Ideally situated for bus transport directly outside,with buses to and from the airport and all destinations in Nice. The apartment is bright and airy, fully equipped in the kitchen to prepare main meals and snacks. I would definitely visit again,its quiet and relaxing,the weather was superb,and the sea breezes on the balcony was superb

This apartment is advertised on several websites under different headings,however, the one that we booked through showed ,on the map,to be near rue gambetta and boasted that you could be in the old town in minutes. It is in fact near the hospital lanval and is at least three quarters of an hour to the old town on foot and ten minutes on a bus.The flat ltself is very tired and sorely in need of a few thousand spending on it. The only saving grace I suppose is it's relatively cheap!

Well furnished flat. Comfortable bed. Excellent communications from Kathy. Very friendly local agent showed us round. The view is brilliant and it's a great location for the old town, new town and airport etc. We hadn't quite realised just how busy the Promenade des Anglais is as a road and it was v noisy and full of fumes so sitting on the balcony was not as pleasant as we'd anticipated. Having said that, there were major roadworks when we were there so might be quieter at other times. Apart from that though, everything else was great. The Boris Bikes in Nice are fantastic and highly recommended as a way of getting around very cheaply and easily.

Wir buchten das App. sehr kurzfristig 2 Tage vor Ankunft für einen dreitägigen Kurztrip. Die Buchungsbestätigung erhielten wir dann sehr schnell von der Vermieterin, die uns auch weiterhin unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit alle Fragen zum Aufenthalt umgehend per email beantwortete. Kurz nach der Ankunft ließ uns ihr Manager vor Ort wie gewünscht sogar vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit das App. beziehen - wir waren begeistert. Zum Appartment : die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig, exakt wie auf den Fotos zu sehen! Wir genossen jeden Morgen unser Frühstück mit Blick auf´s Meer, vom Haus nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Diese allerdings (die Strasse) ist sehr laut und auch bei geschlossenen Balkontüren gut zu hören. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist gut : das Meer gleich gegenüber, in die City ist es ein gemütlicher, 15minütiger Spaziergang. Supermärkte, Restaurants und div. Geschäfte sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen sind es 10 Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Das App. selbst besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, eingebautem Kleiderschrank, Sofa, offener Kitchenette und Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Einziges Manko : die Sauberkeit, an der es hapert. Beim Betreten schien auf den 1. Blick alles soweit ok, doch später stellten wir fest, dass der Boden Barfuss oder auf Socken an mehreren Stellen klebte und deutlich schwarze Spuren auf den Sohlen hinterließ. Besonders Geschirr und Töpfe waren mangelhaft gesäubert, klebten, waren verschmiert. Das veranlasste uns auch dazu, nur einen kleinen Topf (nach gründlicher Reinigung) einmal zum Eierkochen zu verwenden. Wir verzichteten darauf, die 52€ Pauschale für eine Endreinigung zu zahlen, putzten die Whg. (da alle Utensilien dazu vorhanden) vor Abreise selbst und sind überzeugt, dass sie bei unserem Auszug sauberer war, als beim Einzug. Dennoch unser Fazit: für einen Kurztrip an die Cote d´Azur ist das App. absolut ausreichend und kann empfohlen werden.

Great place to stay to see Nice and South coast of France. Beautiful views from apartment. Convenient for buses. Really enjoyed our 6 days in this apartment, which was like a home from home.

A lovely location with a great balcony with wonderful views. Beach, shopping area and restaurants, amenities all within easy walking distance.
