Communication was thorough and quick from the start to end of the stay. Lots of information provided and check in/out was an easy process. The place was everything as excepted and more. The view as often is mentioned in the reviews is incredible! Enough space for 3/4 adults and comfy sofa bed. All essentials provided. Supermarket close by. Transport was accessible, €1.50 trams and buses nearby. Great location, near harbour, town and beach. Shared pool was quiet and a great addition. We would definitely recommend here and would love to visit again in the future.

Our first taste of the French riviera and it was one of our favourites places we ever stayed in. As soon as we walked in we were amazed by the beautiful view which is much better in real life. Modern, clean apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Excellent location just a short walking distance to the port of Nice and the old town. Enjoying the pool in that beautiful setting and watching the lovely sunsets on the balcony with a glass of wine felt like a real treat. John our host has gone above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. The information and care provided was second to none. He even accomodated an earlier check-in which was greatly appreciated. Many thanks for everything, we had a fabulous stay and hope to return again one day. If you're in Nice you MUST book this place :)

Nach 2 Jahren war dies der erste Urlaub, der geklappt hat, und Erholung wurde dringend benötigt. Wir waren zu zweit für 17 Tage zu Gast in diesem tollen Apartment bei diesem tollen Gastgeber. Auch für drei Erwachsene war das Apartment ein super "Home away from Home" als uns noch spontan ein Freund dort besuchen kam. In Kürze machen drei Dinge diesen Urlaub so toll: 1. Die Lage: Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die ganze Stadt "liegt einem zu Füßen". Gleichzeitig lässt man den Trubel der Stadt schon eingangs des Blvd Carnot hinter sich, das Apartment liegt in einer echt ruhigen Gegend. 2. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude. Supersicher (keiner kommt von der Strasse einfach so ans Auto) und das Auto steht schön kühl. Wir können nicht genug empfehlen die Gegend von hier aus mit einem Cabrio zu erkunden. Für den Nahverkehr per Bus und Tram hatten wir auch eine Monatskarte, aber wegen der unregelmäßigen Fahrten und dem Maske-Tragen haben wir dies dann doch nur innerhalb der Stadt genutzt. 3. Das Apartment selbst: Es ist zwar in einem älteren Gebäude wurde aber komplett upgedatet, so dass Wohn-/Schlaf-/Badbereich richtig schön sind und auch tadellos in Stand gehalten werden. Der letzte Punkt bringt uns auch gleich zu dem tollen Gastgeber, der einen hier in sein Apartment einlädt! John ist um Klassen aufmerksamer, organisierter und kommunikativer als wir das je von einem anderen Gastgeber erlebt haben. Die Buchung für letztes Jahr musste zweimal wegen Corona geändert werden. Die Details für die Reise, noch zusätzlich mehr wegen Corona, die zu klären waren sind sehr umfangreich. Alles in allem gingen VIELE Nachrichten hin und her und John hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert und wenn er sagt "keep the questions coming" dann meint er das auch wirklich! Alles in allem ein SUPER Urlaub und Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!

We had the most amazing family holiday in John's apartment, John couldn't have been more helpful, and the view from the balcony literally took our breath away. The apartment had everything we needed, beds were really comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and sitting on the balcony enjoying the picture postcard sunset every night was just incredible. For a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers), the wifi was great, and the pool was fantastic, not busy and we had use of 2 sun loungers which were reserved for the apartment. Practical information - underground parking lot was secure within the building, the location was so convenient, with a 10 min walk to grocery store, bus stop outside the apartment (costal route to Monaco & Monte Carlo 1.50 euro- amazing!), 10 minute walk to the harbour. We would recommend you stay here for fabulous views of this magical city, clean and modern apartment in a very convenient location for Nice with a lovely welcoming host who honestly wants you to enjoy your stay. We can't wait to return!

We will never forget John's apartment! Ideally located, quiet, it offers a magnificent view of the city. The welcome was excellent, the swimming pools and the small garden, above our expectations! If we come back to Nice, we will not hesitate to contact John again!

Only stayed in this lovely apartment for one night but couldn't recommend it enough. The apartment was spotless, communal pool was lovely and the views of the sea, harbour and Nice were spectacular. Location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk to the closest supermarket and a 15 minute bus ride to Nice Centre. Communication with owner was brilliant - quick replies and flexible with check in times, we were even welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine! Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice.

Dank aan John voor het geweldige appartement aan de B. Carnot in Nice. Gelegen op 15 min loopafstand van de Port de Nice en 25 min van het hele gezellige Place Garibaldi, dit is een heel leuk appartement om van de stad Nice te kunnen genieten. We hebben genoten!

We loved everything about this apartment, and would definitely rent it again in the future. John was super helpful and straight to the point about what to expect, which meant that we knew what we were getting ourselves into ahead of time.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement proche du port et de toutes les commodités. Le logement est lumineux avec vue sur le port. L’espace était suffisant pour trois adultes durant nos trois jours. Les recommandations et précisions du propriétaire avant notre arrivée ont été appréciées et utiles. Nous y reviendrons.
