Hugo Park 102 is a lovely bright 1-bedroom 1st floor apartment in a great location only 200 meters from the pedestrian zone and 400 meters from the sea, beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais. It faces west and gets the mid morning and afternoon sun, and overlooks gardens and a very beautiful church. The apartment is in a beautiful belle époque building, which was renovated to a high standard in 2005, but still maintains its original character and ornate lift. The apartment has fully reversible hot and cold air-conditioning and marble flooring throughout. This is an ideal base for a couple or up to 4 people using the sofa bed. Excellent position for Nice holiday

We spent 6 nights in this apartment. Lovely welcome basket and apartment in good order. Lots of tourist information and excellent instructions for all equipment provided. Thank you! Only used the lift for our cases but handy to have one. Very well equipped and you could tell it was a home not jut a holiday rental. Fantastic position 10 minutes walk to station, five to the Promenade des Anglais and close to the wonderful tramway. Few minutes to supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants. Ideal apartment for two. All arrangements prior to visit were efficient.

About the neighbourhood

Nice itself is an attraction: the rich blue-green sea, diverse shopping, splendid dining, and lovely art-deco façades. But there are several spots that a tourist simply must-see, such as the Cours Saleya Flower Market, the Matisse Museum, ancient Roman ruins, the Russian Cathedral and more. The apartment is ideally situated in the Carre d'or area where you can walk to all attractions. The promenade is 400m, pedestrian zone 200m and main shopping street 200m.

You will be able to walk to most attractions in Nice from HugoPark102 apartment. The Tram and Bus are only 1.50 euros.

Nice International Airport - 6km away >Tram - Terminal 1 and 2 to Jean Medecin (12 stops) It takes 20 mins and is only 1.50 euro. Buy tickets at the machine before you board. At Jean Medecin exit 3 Victor Hugo Boulevard, 12 rue Maccarani is 300m walk. >Taxis - available outside the airport and costs approx 26-30 euros. >Uber - costs approx 18 euros. Nice Train Station - 600m to apartment
