We stayed in this apartment for two weeks, and we'd have no hesitation doing it again. It's clean and comfortable, and it's right in the heart of Old Town. Lots of helpful information is provided by the owner, who responds quickly if you have the slightest problem. Yes, there are three flights of stairs. We didn't mind.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale, silenziosissimo e a due passi da tutto, Cour Saleya, Place Massena, la Promenade des Anglais e nel cuore del centro storico della città. E' un terzo piano senza ascensore, ma le scale sono poche e non pesano. E' adatto a brevi e lunghi soggiorni visto che è dotato di tutti i confort, incluso una lavastoviglie! E' ristrutturato, molto pulito e i letti sono comodi. Aurélia, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta e ti accoglie facendoti trovare in casa caffé, acqua, vino e qualche bibita in frigo. Appena esci di casa, sei nel cuore del bellissimo centro storico di Nizza, con bar, ristoranti di ogni tipo, un alimentari e persino un panificio che fa delle cose buonissime. Per chi arriva in macchina ci sono 3 parcheggi vicinissimi, massimo 7 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Che dire, siamo stati benissimo e se torniamo a Nizza sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie Aurélia!

Stunning location! Literally few minute walk from everything! So easy to get from the airport no. 98 bus drops you 5min walk to the apartment Aurélia gives you fab directions once booked! Apartment just like photos, you will not be disappointed! Has everything you need very well equipped! Lovely welcome drinks too! You are spoilt for choice with great food just on your doorstep! Go to the wonderful food market and go eat on the beach which is a few minutes walk away! There is also a great park for kids and a water display which they can run around this is also a couple of minutes walk from the apartment! I will be returning as soon as I can to book this stunning little gem!! Thank you!

Perfectly situated on a one way pedestrian street in old town, the flat is quiet but only a minute from busy street life. The flat itself is fully equipped, modern and very nice. A clever sofa bed fits two people, as does the double bed in the adjacent room. I strongly recommend it to anyone. Anders

Stayed here for a week with a friend, easily sleeps 2 and can accommodate up to 4. Fabulous location and very quiet at night once the windows are closed cancels out any noise. Within walking distance of several lovely bars and restaurants. Our hairdryer blew up and Aurelia replaced it with no fuss the next day. Aurelia also recommend some fabulous restaurants, Le Petite Cocotte being my favourite and I will return. Apartment is very clean has all the facilities you require with a good shower and comfy beds - I have re-booked for November.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location in the old town and within walking distance from the beach.

Very close to the beaches and downtown stores and restaurants. The area is quiet at night, which is good for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is generally comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir im Spät-Frühling unsere Ferien in Nizza. Wir genießen das warme Klima und die Abwechslung, die Nizza und Umgebung uns bieten. Schwimmen, Spazieren gehen, Radfahren, Wandern, Shopping, Museen, gut Essen gehen... All das ist hier möglich. Die Einheimischen sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht und freuen uns schon immer auf ein Wiedersehen mit altbekannten Gesichtern in den Restaurants, auf dem Markt etc.. Die Lage des Appartements ist für unsere Wünsche optimal: nahe beim Wasser, in der Altstadt, gleich beim wunderbaren Markt und - ganz wichtig- trotzdem ist es ruhig, denn es liegt in der oberen Etage und in einer Sackgasse. Perfekt! Das Appartement bietet alles, was wir beide benötigen, ist sehr sauber, ruhig, hat zwei separate Zimmer und ist bestens ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher sind vorhanden und gepflegt. Das Bett ist bequem und wir schlafen darin sehr gut. Die Küche ist praktisch ausgestattet und für unsere Bedürfnisse- wir frühstücken und bereiten meist einen kleinen Lunch am späten Mittag- ist alles enthalten. Geschirrspüler und auch eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Bei Bedarf haben wir sehr schnell mit ihr Kontakt, das gibt uns ein gutes Gefühl und wir fühlen uns stets willkommen. Alles in allem war das wieder eine schöne Zeit und wir werden sicher wieder hierher kommen!
