The apartment is located in a great part of Nice with only a few minute walk to centre, old town and the beach. It is surrounded by amazing clothes shops alongside cafes and restaurants. The supermarket and great bakeries are only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a great outdoor area to have your breakfast in the sunshine. Didier is a great host who is very helpful and friendly. This is a great apartment for families and our 2 young children loved it.

The two of us have just enjoyed a ten night stay at this comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It is situated in a central and quite affluent area of Nice, providing a private and very secure location. There is excellent access to public transport links: the apartment is a five minute walk from Jean Médicin tram stop (where Ligne 2 from the airport stops), and an even shorter walk to tram stops heading toward the fascinating Old Town. Close by is an area of pedestrianised streets containing numerous and varied cafés and restaurants. There is an excellent Intermarché supermarket just around the corner, and a huge Monoprix supermarket 5 minutes walk away. In summary: the location of this apartment is perfect. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine all worked fine. We had everything we needed, and - as intended - did a lot of self-catering with food from the supermarkets. We enjoyed lovely weather for our stay, and this allowed us to take advantage of the sun on the two separate balconies. Didier is a friendly and approachable host. We enjoyed our dealings with him, and he was very good-humoured when we got a little lost on arrival (I put a similar but wrong address into Apple Maps). We had a great time in this apartment, and would love to return at some point in the future.

Quite simply , fantastic ! Top floor apartment , spotlessly clean ,very well fitted out with absolutely everything you could need from dishwasher to wine glasses and even a coffee machine! The owner could not be more helpful and supplied loads of information on places to visit and even recommendations on lovely local restaurants. The terrace gets the sun from early morning until the evening and is very private . Set just a few minutes walk from the main promenade and in a lovely area with great stores and a well stocked local supermarket . Bus and train links a few minutes away and run regularly.I will visit Nice again and would not think of staying anywhere else well done Didier and thank you.

Great location, very clean, lovely hosts and the terrace was a lovely sun trap in the afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Wir sind sehr erstaunt, dass wir die Wohnung bewerten sollen. Eigentlich sollten Sie doch wissen, dass wir sie annullieren mussten.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach super und sehr modern ausgestattet. Sowohl zentral wie auch ruhig gelegen. Ca. 5 Minuten von der Haltestelle des Airport Bus Nr. 98 bis zur Wohnung, ideal. Sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten und die Altstadt in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Vermieter Didier war sehr sympathisch und äusserst hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und bequem mit dem Lift erreichbar. Die wunderschöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We could not have dreamed of a better location fir this lovely flat. It was our first visit to Nice and it is perfectly situated. Everything is walkable and we easily took buses and trains out of the city as well. The neighbourhood is very upmarket with lots of shopping and a small Intermarché literally round the corner with everything you could need. The flat itself is very clean and newly renovated with VERY comfortable, firm beds and good linens! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every morning and evening. We brought our five-year-old and she was very happy and comfortable, but if you have a child do be aware that it is a modern flat with only a shower and not a bath (not a problem for our child). Merci beaucoup Didier - nous souhaitons retourner!
