Our stay in this beautiful apartment was a highlight of our annual pilgrimage to France. In our opinion, the location near the port, availability to bus transportation, and the view from the balcony are the best in Nice. Moreover, arrival and departure arrangements were efficiently and professionally facilitated by Nick F. and the property manager, Odette. We look forward to returning to Nice and staying once again in this exceptional property.

Just returned from 11 nights at the apartment with wife and 3 year old son. Everything was first class from the meet and greet to the cleanliness of the apartment. Apartment is small one bedroom but has a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable and the apartment was big enough for us. Shower was excellent and kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Added bonus of a bottle of wine in our fridge on arrival. Swimming pool was located on the ground floor and was very quiet. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and was great for cooling off with the weather in the late 20’s most days. The apartment is very secure with security doors and each floor is served by a lift. The location of the apartment was great, 10 minute walk to the port area and approximately 25 minutes to the old town. However there is a bus stop directly outside and we used this a few times for coming back from town. There is a Carrefour supermarket around 10 minutes away and plenty bars in the area. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely book here again in the future.

Loved everything about this holiday stay.Location is probably the best in Nice with view of port,airport and city, day or night. The trolley bag was great for visits to the supermarkets. Buses are on doorstep but also an easy walk to the centre.

I stayed at the apartment for a week with my daughters aged 16 and 14. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean, with all modern amenities. The beds including the sofabed are very comfortable. Aircon was wonderful after a day out in the hot weather. Wifi is good. Christine met us at the apartment on our arrival and there was a good range of basics provided - washing up liquid etc. We got a taxi from the airport €36, after that we used the tram (stop Magnan) which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and takes you into Nice city centre, all journeys are €1.50. We used the tram for our return journey to the airport. There is also a good bus service. We managed easily without a car. The are two pools the main one is 25 metres and there's a good sized baby pool as well. The gardens are also nice. The apartment is in a great location, 5-10 min walk to the beach and promenade. You can walk to the city centre in 30 minutes, it's a nice stroll back in the evenings along the front. There is a supermarket, local shops and bakery 5 min walk from the apartment. The area is safe and pleasant. Nice is a lovely place especially the old town with narrow winding streets with shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. I'd say prices are similar to the UK but you won't find any bargain shops or cheap deals. There's a great antique market on (I think) a Monday. The walk to the top of the castle is worth it for views and there's a nice park and cafes at the top. Museum of modern art was good but UK museums are better. Don't go to the photography museum you'll be disappointed. We had a day in Monaco which was good and there are some nice places on the train journey - Eze and Villefranche for swimming. There's plenty to keep you busy or if not chilling by the pool is lovely. Thank you Christine for your hospitality.

Great location in Nice, the apartment was excellent, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing just as shown in the photo’s and the pool area was lovely. It was very easy to walk to the port area and the old town and Nice shopping area. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment which take you to Villefranche and Monaco or the other way back into Nice. Also the train station is easy to get to if you want to travel further. We had visited Nice last year for the day while on a cruise and was very impressed and said we would return, so we spent a week here at the end of May and absolutely loved it, there is so much to see and do, lots of great places to eat, The promenade area is beautiful. We had a fantastic week and will definitely return!

Appartement d une très grande fonctionnalité avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes,inutile de louer une voiture,la ligne de bus vous conduit en ville ,à menton ,à Monaco pour 1,50€,bref ,un séjour à renouveler et encore merci à Odette pour ces précieux conseils.

Nice comfortable apartment with lovely view..but very long walk into the town and nearest supermarket at least 20 mins walk away uphill ...so cab fares need to be taken into consideration. .

Bonjour, appartement agréable et propre, salle de bain,chambre,cuisine, salle a manger et salon et surtout le balcon avec une très belle vue,appartement très bien entretenue par une femme qui s'occupe de l'entretien et du nétoyages , une personne très acceuillante et une très grande gentillesse.
