This apartment is situated 5 mins walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and from there it is an easy walk to the old town with loads of restaurants and shops to browse. Turn left when you leave the building and then first left at a great supermarket and you can walk into the middle of the main shopping centre in 15 mins. There is a underground tram 30 seconds to the right which is perfect for getting to and from the airport and the port. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and in the bathroom is a fabulous large overhead shower and a built in washing machine. There is constant hot water and the kitchen has everything you need including an Nespresso machine. The bedroom has a large wardrobe , a very comfortable bed and a small balcony . There is another small balcony accessed from the lounge which has a table and 2 chairs . In the lounge is a couch which I believe pulls out into a double bed . It faces a modern TV on the wall. We went during a warm week but the apartment stayed lovely and cool even without aircon.

The apartment is kitted out and furnished to a high standard with many personalised touches. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The cupboards require the use of steps if you are short. The location is excellent. The tram station is on the corner. There are 3 super markets within a few minutes walk with a bakery a few shops away. The promenade des Anglaise is at the bottom of the road!

The apartment was delightful. It's situated in a lovely building. The journey from the airport on the tram was really easy with a very short walk to the apartment. From the apartment we were able to walk everywhere, we enjoyed our walks along the Promenade des Anglais, to the port & the Old Town. We sat in cafes & restaurants, on the beach and on the blue chairs on the Promenade. There was everything we needed in the apartment. A bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, making use of the state of the art coffee machine & having bought croissants at a boulangerie a few doors away. The apartment was very clean, had an amazing shower. We loved it there & would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic time! We loved the description of the apartment and received a comprehensive and reassuring letter re access from Bobbie almost immediately. The flat is close to really good transport links, including Tramline 2 giving inexpensive, direct access from either terminal of the airport. The locality has a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants really close by. On arrival, we were met by Claire, the agent, who welcomed us warmly and gave us the tour of the apartment. This lovely, warm, comfortable and very well-equipped apartment was every bit as good as the online description. It is very peaceful and has two balconies. For those visiting in the summer there is air-conditioning. We loved it and can only find good things to say. Thank you!

This was our fourth visit to Nice and of all the apartments we’ve used this was by far the best. Apart from having everything you need, and being extremely comfortable, its location makes it exceptional. Around the corner from Alsace Lorraine tram station, it’s almost a door to door connection to the airport as well as a short tram ride to either the centre of Nice or Le Port. The main train station is a short walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais. Your surrounded by a choice of supermarkets and shops, there is even a Lidl which offers a great range at affordable rates. Boulangerie abound (the best one we found was in Rue Dante, a couple of minutes away. Never a problem eating out at whatever sort of ‘range’ you would want but personally I’d err towards the non-touristy places, eat where the locals eat is always a good guide. Take a short leisurely walk along Bd Victor Hugo, a lovely calm tree lined road, to get to the heart of the shopping area or choose Rue de France for a shop/cafe/restaurant lined route towards the other end of the shops and the start of the old town or why not take a couple of paces more and take the Prom des Anglais with its lovely views, so many choices just on your doorstep. The lovely Jardin Alsace-Lorainne (just on the corner by the station) offers a lovely place to sit in the sun or in the shade of the trees and watch the world go by. In short everything is on your doorstep including superb access to the extensive public transport. Recommend a visit to Eze, a lovely medieval little town (as long as you don’t mind uphill walking), it’s enchanting. Menton and Vennes (old town) are also interesting and a bus ride away. Travelling by bus is not only cheap but it gives you a good sense of the areas of Nice that you may not normally visit. Lots to do and see, abundant parks and gardens to relax in and of course Nice itself with its vibrancy is just superb. Highly recommend this apartment and the balcony is great as it overlooks the quiet gardened area at the back where you can watch the Finches flying around as you enjoy your morning coffee and croissants.

This apartment has lots of positive reviews, all of which are fully justified. The apartment itself is great - clean, comfortable, spacious and really well furnished and equipped. The location is excellent- really close to amenities and to everywhere you would want to visit in Nice, and the close proximity of the tram station is a real bonus. It is also handy for the railway station. Bobbie made the whole process of booking so easy - she was so helpful and so quick to respond. Claire who met us at the apartment was also so welcoming and helpful. In summary we would thoroughly recommend the apartment and we will definitely return.

This lovely apartment is brilliantly located, homely, inviting, very cool and features top notch facilities. You can sit on the balcony with your freshly brewed morning coffee and your delicious croissant (purchased from the boulangerie just next-door-but-one) overlooking the lush gardens below - no traffic, lovely. The apartment is located right around the corner from the tram stop: the speedy, air conditioned will take you to the apartment's nearby stop from the airport in no time! The apartment is just minutes from the beach and Nice's famous Promenade des Anglais, famous for its swish hotels and lively cafes and restaurants. Just a few minutes' stroll along the Promenade takes you to Vieux Nice, a delightful area of tiny streets peppered with lovely little boutiques, restaurants - try the 'socca', the local delicacy! - and daily food and gift market. A further stroll takes you to Nice harbour where you can enjoy a drink alongside the many fishing boats and yachts moored there. And from the harbour you can jump on the number 100 bus which whizzes you along the clifftop road in about 35 minutes to the glamour and glitz of Monte Carlo. I'd recommend this smashing apartment to anyone looking for a very comfortable and convenient home-from-home experience in this very pretty part of France

Our third stay in this beautiful Apartment and our eleventh year in Nice. Perfectly located within a five minute walk from the Promenade and the beach and halfway between the Airport and the Port with available transport links via the bus and new Tramway.( The relevant stop for the Apartment is literally across the road and around the corner ). The railway station to further locations along the coast and beyond is a 10 minute walk. The Apartment is fully equipped. You will want for nothing except a saunter to the Supermarche to stock up on provisions. There is a wide range of shops in close proximity including Bakeries and Pharmacies, Cafes and Restaurants. The Apartment has a lovely little balcony overlooking the rear gardens of the Apartment building perfect for morning coffee. It is beautifully maintained and well loved by the owners. We highly recommend if you are planning a visit to NIce.

My mother and I stayed in the appartement in March. It has everything I had hoped for to make my mom's stay the best! The proximity of the tram and bus (2 mn walking distance) was very convenient as well as the grocery stores nearby including Picard. BTW 1 euro to get to the Airport in 25 minutes! :-) If you are tired to cook there are nice Restaurants de quartier and the Promenade des Anglais is close by (10 min walk). The apartment itself is new, modern well-equipped and nicely decorated. It felt home immediately. I warmly recommend this apartment and I will definitely come back, The owner and the person I met for the "Meet/Greet" are lovely too!

We loved our stay in this full contained, clean and beatiful apartment which is situated 5 min walk from the sea and next to supermarket and in close proximity of different restaurants. I personally loved having my coffee in the morning in the balcony which have a wonderful view into the yard where is quite and picturesque. thank you very much!!!
