Sandra was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Clean, tidy and spacious. Very conveniently situated for trams and train. Only a few minutes walk to the main street.

Sandra is very helpful and we had a comfortable stay in the flat. When WIFI does not work properly, she immediately responded to our inquiry, even called to the Internet provider and provided a solution for us. The flat was very tidy and convenient for getting anywhere in Nice. We would like to book the flat again if another opportunity. Thank you!

We had a great time in this spotless appartment. We were met by Sandra who showed us around the flat. The kitchen was well equipped with very modern appliances and the large double bed was extremely comfortable. The flat was in an interesting area with easy access to supermarkets and bakers. We would definitely consider booking with Sandra again.

I must admit that the neighbourhood was not the best but it was only a short walk from the tram stop hat took you to shopping centres, restaurants and the promenade all of which were only five minutes away. Within easy walking distance was a Jazz Cafe that had a live quartet on Saturday and just down the road from that was a Nicoise restaurant which has been owned by he same family for over a century. Real delight

Sandra, the owner, is a great host. She made me feel very confortable giving all the practical informations concerning her flat and the surrounding. The place was spotless, very confortable. The kichen offers all the modern facilities you may need. Excellent bed with nice linen. I didn't try the sofabed but it looks new. I really enjoy to sit outside at the quiet little terrasse. It's located 5 minutes away from the main train station and 5 min also from the main shopping street. the tram will take you to the beach for 1 euro in 5 min too..what can i say...it was just perfect for a very good price. Enjoy it too!

The flat sits in a nice mid-century building with charming view of a traditional Niçoise court yard. It has been fully renovated and has all the equipment that one needs. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the place. I also liked the neighborhood. It is right downtown, between the busy shopping street of l'avenue Jean Medicine and the beautiful Cimiez Hill.

nice and modern apartment in an old house, everything in an very good and clean state, lovely balcony, calm. Nice and friendly hosts. good place to be and to start the excursions - near the railway station and the tram, nice restaurants nearby and not far away from the seaside.

My friend and I have just returned from a week stay in this apartment. It was an excellent choice! It was very clean and spacious. Everything appeared to be brand new and of good quality. It was always pleasant and comfortable to be in. It is convenient to the tram, railway, and airport bus. There is a good restaurant next door and grocery shops next door and across the street. Sandra was very nice and easy to deal with. This was my first visit to Nice and I am happy that I stayed here.

This is a very well equipped apartment in a good location, situated within walking distance to the attractions of nice.Sandra the owner is very helpful and even let us stay late on day of departure,.would highly recommend this apartment .

We defenitely enjoyed our stay in this appartment and , honestly, this was much more than we expected. I would describe it as very clean, modern, bright and good value for money flat. We found this lovely flat to be in a perfect location. There are 3 supermarkets 5 min away from it, it is only 15 min walk to all major places of interest, sea is not far as well. You will find everything what you need and even far more than you expect . Sandra and her husband done a great job and organised everything on a very high level. We didn't have to wait neither for our check-in nor for a check-out, excellent communication and always ready to help with any quiry.
