Was greeted by Roni with a bottle of rose....always a good sign. She was very informative and friendly and responded quickly to other queries Location is fab, 10 -15 mins to centre of Old Town. Loads of bars, restaurants, shops within 2 min walk. Promenade, 2 mins walk. Buses are amazing and very easy to use, load a travel card on your phone and can be used for several people and also can be used on trams. Lovely and clean apartment, comfortable bed and sofa, air con. Big balcony, with awning although didn't use it that much. The view from balcony isn't the best, but not bad, can see the hills in the distance. Also to note, no door on bedroom, so if you get up earlier than you partner (or daughter in my case), you may have to be quiet and not open the blinds. Would definitely return and recommend this apartment. 👌

Having just returned from a week in Nice staying in this beautiful apartment I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It was ideally located a minutes walk from promenade and just beside a street with loads of restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious,modern with a large terrace. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and was air conditioned which was a bonus as we were lucky enough to have a full week of hot sunny weather.Couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!!

A lovely modern apartment in a superb location.. 100 metres from the famed promenade des anglais and at the start of the longest row of restaurants I've ever seen. Very quiet street despite the location and a large terrace balcony to start each day off with al fresco breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment and I would certainly make it my first choice to return to.

La Terrace Massenet Superbly equipped apartment, top location within striking distance of all things good about Nice. 1st time visitors have to visit Antibes in my opinion, it is heaven on earth and sandy beaches with no payment required for attending the private promenade beach locations. Old town in Nice on the east side of city is well worth a visit with great bars and eateries. 2nd time visiting Nice and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to all visitors, the outside terrace and sun loungers are also great and perfect size and base for exploring the riviera

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay in Nice. Location couldn't be better. Ten minute stroll to the Old Town. Right beside the Promenade and with a nice buzzy pedestrianised area right on your doorstep. Has everything you need to have a great stay in Nice. Spotlessly clean and very modern.

We have returned to this apartment since we knew that the location was perfect. A stone's throw to the beach and to the Rue Massena with it's array of bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and more, well renovated to a high standard, clean and light. There is the most amazing terrace if you like to dine al fresco or even sunbathe... We were met by Roni who was accommodating and friendly. She also allowed us to check in earlier and out later which helped with our suitcase storage ... we really appreciated that touch as it lengthened our holiday

Detvar anden gang vi benyttede denne lejlighed og kommet vi til Nice igen, vil vi helt sikkert vælge La Terrace. Vi havde en dejlig uge her.. Lejligheden har en rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på alt i Nice. Selve lejligheden har alt, hvad man har brug for. Godt indrettet og med de hjælpemidler, man har behov for. Pragtfuld tagterrasse, opvarmning/køling efter årstid, dejligt badeværelse og mulighed for selv at lave mad. Fin velkomstgave med vin, kaffe mm. Modtagelse ved ankomst til lejlighed gik supergodt, og alt var fint tilrettelagt.

This top floor apartment is beautifully finished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As well as the contemporary inside living space, there is an ample balcony with table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers for relaxing. The fantastic location means you can be on the sea front within a few minutes or in amongst the plentiful shops and restaurants. Roaming through the old town was real treat. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the train station is a 15 minute walk, making this property a great base to explore beyond Nice. Whether cooking and enjoying a meal at the apartment or spending the day on the beach, we had a great stay. The air conditioning and black out shutters meant we had a great night's sleep. Plus, having a washing machine meant we came home with lots of clean clothes! Perfect holiday!

We stayed the middle week of July. We had a fantastic holiday - the apartment had everything we needed - lots of nice touches such as welcome basket on arrival. We will definately return to Nice and stay here again!!

We have visited Nice many times, staying in hotels and apartments but this is the one we have enjoyed most. It is easy to find, only a couple of minutes walk from the airport bus stop on the promenade. We had phoned when were at the airport and someone was waiting for us. The greeting/handover was friendly and professional. The apartment is on the top floor, small lift, with a wonderful sunny terrace (electrically operated canopy for shade if wanted). It is a beautifully maintained deco building in a quiet street just off the pedestrian area and the apartment has been modernised to a high standard. It is really well equipped and there are good supermarkets and a bakery close by, making shopping easy although we also bought things on the market. As previously mentioned pressure in the shower isn't great but it's OK and the bathroom is a good size,spotless,modern and lots of storage. Although the bedroom is separate there is no door, just an opening so it is a bit difficult for one of you to go to bed early or get up first without disturbing the other which may be a problem for some people. (Maybe a sliding door could be put in). Deposit was returned one week after leaving. Everything we wanted to go in Nice was in walking distance, including train station for trips out, really epitomises "Location, location, location!" Intend booking our next visit for later this year, today.
