The apartment was spacious with lots of added extras. Jean J provided a folder full of useful imformation about the area, places to eat and visit. The apartment overlooks the port and mediteranean sea. It was interesting to watch the comings and goings of the port. The traffic was a bit noisy, but did not detract from our enjoyment of the location. This was our first visit to France, for a months stay the last 8 days being in Nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and also the surrounding areas.

From booking confirmation to arrival excellent communication with the owner, Jean, who provided ample information to enable us to make the very best use of our time in Nice. We found the apartment spacious, light and airy and well-equipped. Excellent location overlooking the harbour provided a haven for relaxing in the evening watching the myriad boats coming and going. As walkers we enjoyed old Nice, Chateau hill, Parc du paillon, Mount Boron as well as the usual attractions.Hoping to return in the future to further explore this beautiful area

Really well located with lovely balcony and view. An elegant apartment and well equipped. Could be noisy on the balcony but bedroom very quiet. Perhaps in need of a deep clean and a touch of refurbishment, but we had a lovely time.

Lovely apartment in fab location overlooking port with amazing views out to sea as well. Lots of helpful information from the owner making planning our stay even easier. Can watch the world go by while sitting on the balcony. Short walk into Vielle Nice. Perfect!

We spent 10 days in Jean's lovely apartment, and had a great time. The apartment, which was very well equipped was very spacious for two people, and was bigger than we thought it was going to be! We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching "the world go by" and the ferries coming and going, in the evenings. Clare, Jean's agent was very helpful at all times. La Shounga bar/restaurant "our local" which was right beside the apartment, was a great place for something to eat or just a drink, after a busy day. A special word of praise for Laura who worked there part time and gave us great service and attention. The no.100 bus, heading to Monaco is a must trip, as the views along the coast are magnificent. All in all a great experience!

Das Appartement liegt traumhaft schön mit Blick auf den Hafen. Von hier aus kann man alles wunderbar erreichen. Nicht nur die Altstadt und den Markt um die Ecke oder über den Schlosshügel, sondern auch alle möglichen Busse Richtung Osten bis Monaco. Eine kleine Bootstour zum Kennenlernen kann man direkt vor der Haustür sozusagen buchen. Schöne Restaurants und Bars findet man im Hafen und von allen Straßen die vom Hafen abgehen. Im Appartement ist es auch herrlich. Die Ausstattung ist schön und komplett. Und obwohl man direkt an der Straße wohnt, kann man wunderbar ruhig schlafen. Es ist nichts zu hören. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren prächtig. TV hat zwar nur englische Nachrichtensender, aber wir waren im Urlaub und haben daher nichts vermisst. Wifi funktioniert super. Also, alles in allem war es für uns wunderbar in diesem Appartement. Jedem der auf das herrliche Haus zeigte, konnten wir erzählen, dass wir darin wohnen. Da gab es stets „Ah‘s und Oh‘s“!

We were met at the airport and driven to our apartment where we were met by clair who showed us were and how everything worked. What a great spot very convenient to everything busses,boats however we walked everywhere. Great balcony to have a drink at night wonderful resturants around the port. Very quiet at night. Much larger than we had expected and had 2 basic necessities a small washing machine and an elevator we stayed for 3 weeks and it really became home

Location, Location, Location! Stayed in this lovely , traditional apartment in the last week in September and had a wonderful week. Weather was ideal and the views from the balcony were fantastic; we loved sitting having lunch or just a glass of wine watching the world go by – all human life is on display here! As my husband is not too well it was important to us that we found an apartment that was comfortable and well situated for getting around Nice and this apartment ticked all the boxes. Jean and her team were very helpful in arranging a pick-up from the Airport and Christophe met us at the apartment to show us around and explain how things worked; great thought has been gone into providing everything we would need and we were very glad of the ‘welcome pack’ to get us started. We enjoyed using some of the restaurant recommendations in the comprehensive information file that Jean left in the apartment. Christophe also explained the procedure upon leaving and happily agreed to book a taxi for our return journey and as our flight was late in the evening we so appreciated being able to remain in the apartment until the taxi called; it is this thought and consideration that is important for us. Nice is a lovely place with lots going on, it offers the type of holiday that can be both a quiet, relaxing break or an active vacation with lots of sports and places to explore – whatever you want it to be. We hope to return in the future and would have no hesitation in returning to Coco Palace Bellevue.

Stayed in this appartment for first 2 weeks in September, found this appartment to be everything you could wish for, the views are spectacular. Had a brilliant time and would book it again

Maravillosas vistas, nos encantó. Muy cerca de todo, la playa , el Casco antiguo, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Me encantaba desayunar en La Cocina viendo el mar, los barcos, las palmeras... Es un apartamento muy amplio, el dormitorio, La Cocina y el salón maravilloso. Todo muy bien.
