This is a really comfortable, clean and conveniently located spacious apartment. We had a wonderful time in the city and the owner was super helpful

The apartment is in an excellent location. Lots of room for four adults. Big combination living & dining room with huge table. Two good sized bedrooms; 1 1/2 baths, very usable kitchen, outstanding patio, and air conditioning (which we did not use much this trip). Near Vielle Ville, the Port, Garibaldi and Place du Pin. We walked everywhere or took the tram and busses. No need for a car. Plenty of food shopping within a block. Place du Pin has really developed over the last three years, with lots of bars and restaurants. We did not want to leave!!

We recently stayed for 10 nights in July 2019. Our daughter, husband and new baby joined us half way through the holiday. The appartment is very large and well equipped. With 2 seperate bedrooms it was ideal for our two families. Two bathrooms also a bonus.we have stayed in this complex before and the courtyard ,lifts and corridors are maintained and cleaned every day..it is immaculate.the location is perfect and very quiet. No noisy pubs or discos nearby ..buses, trains and trams close at hand..the new tram from the airport had just opened, it takes you within 10 minutes of the appartment for 1.50 euros , you can take another tram from the terminus if you want to get a bit closer..using the same ticket..tram will soon be open all the way to the port..I couldn’t fault the appartment or the lovely welcome we received..my only negative comment would be ..and it’s only a small one...the appartment is advertised as having two balconies..whilst this is true, the smaller balcony is used as a store area..so can’t be used..I think perhaps this area should be cleared so the balcony could be used..all in all though ,you won’t be disappointed with this appartment..my daughter commented...it’s like a house ...when she first saw it.many thanks

I stayed here for three nights with two friends. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped. It is close to good restaurants and supermarkets and is also about 10 minutes walking distance to the Old Town. Maria is a great host and was very accommodating regarding our check out time. I would definately stay here again

L'appartement est très bien conçu pour 4 personnes, très calme. Sa situation près du port et du vieux Nice est très appréciable. L'hôtesse qui nous accueille est très professionnelle, sympathique et à notre écoute .

Clean and tidy spacious apartment in a good location near Place Garibaldi. Sunny balcony , perfect for al fresco dining. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the old town and the port. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby and we were particularly impressed with one called Chabrol on Rue Bavastro. Maria was always quick to reply to any queries and was there to meet us even though we arrived late. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spacious apartment in a good area of Nice. Easy to get everywhere from the apartment. Nice and quiet so good for sleeping. Would recommend.

Located in the old town of Nice, close to the Port and the Promenade des Anglais and the buses to Villefranche and Monaco - it couldn't be more convenient Maria provided everything one could want in a spectacular apartment complex. And shops across the street open til midnight.

Our family of four including two children, 10 and 12 spent a delightful five days at this lovely apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious and well located being close to the port and the beach, as well as the many shops and attractions of Nice. I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly, it was a great experience staying there.
