Great location on the edge of the old town and 2 minutes from the famous flower market. Brigitte meets you at the apartment to explain everything, she even greeted us with a bottle of rosé wine. The terrace is a great bonus in the old town and is a lovely place to enjoy the wine or even your morning coffee.

Ce petit appartement est idéalement situé au coeur du vieux Nice, à deux pas du cours Saleya et d'un arrêt de la ligne 1 du tram. La mer et la Promenade sont au bout de la rue. Très calme et très propre, il offre toutes les commodités pour un agréable séjour. Et pour ce qui est de l'accueil, de la disponibilité et de la gentillesse, BRIGITTE est imbattable.

Although a bit noisey at times the location is great for bars eateries shops and transport. Great location for exploring Nice. The flat though small is comfortable and spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all you need . Brigitte is a very friendly helpful host and goes that extra mile to welcome you and supplied toiletries not to mention water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We very much enjoyed our holiday. Appartement bien aménagé :cuisine et salle de bain refaites à neuf, plancher sur le bois, propres et sans moquette, petit patio attenant à la cuisine. Protégé du bruit de la rue. Quartier bien déservi par les bus et tram. Situation dans le Vieux Nice est formidable: musée, opéra, resto.... nous avons bien profité. À noter: l'accueil chaleureux de BRIGITTE la propriétaire, toujours facile à rejoindre au besoin.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was just steps away from all that's happening in Nice, especially the old town. We were able to walk to all the major tourist spots and the train station was only 30 mins on foot for great connections to Monte Carlo and Cannes - we didn't need car hire for the five days of our stay. So many local restaurants to choose from but also a good kitchen if you'd rather self cater, we did both! Thanks to Brigitte who was a great host and met us on arrival.

Completely refurbished,close to the sea,small but well laid out,the owner was very friendly and polite and above all,punctual both upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely stay there again.the owner speaks french,german and english.

The perfect apartment for exploring Nice. It's located right in the old town near the famous flower market. The apartment is small but perfectly formed, it is extremely well equipped and very clean. The small private terrace is a bonus, it was great to sit out every night enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes kleines Appartement direkt in der Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Strandpromenade. Shoppingmöglichkeiten inkl. Lebensmittel und Bäcker sowie viele Restaurants quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und auf der kleinen Terrasse schön frühstücken oder auch den lauen Sommerabend wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Brigitte, die Besitzerin, ist ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps für den Nizza-Aufenthalt. Komme gerne wieder!

Oslagbart läge i gamla stan, med Cours Saleya och Place Massena runt hörnet och bara ett stenkast från Promenade des Anglais och stranden! Nära till spårvagn samt ett flertal busslinjer och flygbuss. Lägenheten är mycket fräsch och trevlig, och utrustad med allt man behöver (har även tvättmaskin vilket inte står med i beskrivningen). En stor bonus är uteplatsen mot innergården. Ägarinnan Brigitta är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Kommer definitivt boka denna lägenhet igen! Tusen tack för denna gång!
