BUILDING: Just near the Promenade des Anglais, Legend is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, yet super central. A perfect city pad set in a typically Niçoise style building, this spacious duplex, is located on the top 4th and 5th floors. Please note this is a typical style French Niçois building, therefore there is no lift.
LIVING AREA
Find three comfortable two-seaters, to curl up on after a long day, or to enjoy watching a little TV. French windows lead out from the living area onto a cosy balcony at the front of the apartment, where you can find a small outdoor table and stools for two. A sleek white dining table stands below the stairs to the second floor. It can seat four people comfortably.
KITCHEN
Find a modern, renovated kitchen in this holiday rental apartment with all the necessary appliances. Fully equipped with an oven, stovetop hob, full-sized fridge, small freezer, and microwave. A small table with two chairs are placed against the wall, just perfect for quick breakfasts, or chatting whilst cooking.
BEDROOMS
It benefits from having its own en suite bathroom with private toilet and luxury walk –in shower. It comes with a lovely double bed (140cm) and large plush cushions. White wooden bedside tables with reading lamps, add to the interior design as well as a large double-doored closet, to store all your belongings. This master bedroom also benefits from a large window, with views.
Find the second bedroom upstairs in a loft style. Featuring a set of twin beds (90cm each), this room is ideal for children or friends who do not wish to share a bed. The beds can also be moved around and pushed together to form a double bed of 180cm. The slanted ceiling of this lovely room gives it true personality: your very own cosy getaway. Find plenty of closet space to keep your personal effects and two fun, colourful, high quality fold out futons in the corner of the room. There is as well a full length standing mirror.
Note: Slanted ceiling has a maximum height of 1.79m
BATHROOMS & WC
The main bathroom can be found downstairs. It is fully tiled and comes complete with a bathtub, hand held showerhead, second toilet, washbasin with vanity cabinet, mirror, and a heated towel rail.
The second smaller bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom. It is perfectly appointed with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Very crisp linen and fluffy towels
balcony is a lovely little sunny spot to have your coffee with the European French city white noise that makes you feel a million miles away from the hun drum of routine
Situated very close to the beautiful promenade and all amenities close by ( and a fabulous bakery directly across the street this apartment gave us all we needed for a perfect weeks escape

Superb apartment, fabulous city..
My 1st visit to Nice and what a stunning place. The apartment is fabulous and in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, bars and exploring this beautiful city. The apartment itself is fantastic, very well equipped, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. It was the ideal base and so convenient to get to/from the airport. Will definitely be back ...

Perfect
Everything about our trip was perfect, We felt very comfortable in this apartment it's spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated and the lovely balcony has a very Mediterranean feel to it where you can enjoy your morning croissant from the bakery across the street. The Location makes it easy to get to from the airport and then everything is easily accessible from there whether it be the beach or the city.....Just Perfect!

Beautiful apartment - close to the beach
This is a fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated - very light and airy. The balcony is great for sitting out and watching the comings and goings on the street below. The beach is a short stroll away - the beach tiles provided came in very handy! There is a great bakery across the street for morning pastries and lunch time sandwiches. There are quite a few restaurants just a minute from the apartment. Nice Old Town is a 10-15 minute stroll away along the main promenade which is always bustling with activity.
The apartment is well located for access to the bus and train network for heading out of Nice to explore further afield.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and having 2 bathrooms was great.

Cycling Heaven
I booked this place for myself and and wife for a long weekend break.
Couldnt believe how easy it was to get from the airport to the apartment on public transport with a bike carrier in tow.
We set off later that day to explore the fabulous eateries I had been recommended and wasn't disappointed how close they are to the apartment
The next 3 days I was in cycling heaven, up early each morning across the road the bakery (you can smell from the balcony)for quiche and croissants, then off of a couple of hours on the bike exploring the climbs Ive read about i cycling magazines. Back for late lunch for a glass of wine and pizza in the square.
If you are a cyclist this is the place to hang out.
Ive already booked for next year

The perfect escape
What a perfect weekend get away. An absolutely stunning apartment with everything you could need. Light and airy and furnished beautifully. Breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony was the perfect start to the day. Supermarket just down the road and a short stroll to the beach and into town. Plenty of space and really comfortable, just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to visit again!!

Just Perfect!- I will be back!
I have stayed at the Legend apartment twice now and I cannot find a flaw.
Location is perfect- both the beach and the city is on your doorstep.
Adorable balcony and stunning and spacious bedrooms and living area.
Everything you could possibly want with a real french feel- C'est Mannifique

Luxury apartment in walking distance of everything Nice has to offer
This apartment is the perfect base for a City break to Nice. It is beautifully designed and the balcony is lovely for two to sit out on. You can see the beach from the balcony and it is within walking distance from the beach, the shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is kitted out with all the essentials you need from bathroom products to kitchen utensils and speakers for listening to music.

Great apartment for a family that likes the beach.
Nice apartment with high ceilings on the first floor and nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach, groceries and Rue de France (pedestrian street with shops and restaurants). Tunisian butcher on the corner near the apartment was excellent too.

Clean, spacious, perfect apartment for my weekend in Nice!
The apartment was very welcoming, clean, bright and spacious. It is in a perfect location for a weekend in Nice with the Beach 30 seconds down the road and in view from the balcony. We had a great stay there and would absolutely book again.

This contemporary home is located less than 200m away from the famous Promenade des Anglais. Think long evening strolls, delicious gelato, and lazy days on the warm pebbled-beach.
Find the train station Nice Ville just a 15min walk away. From there, trains will take you to either side of the French Riviera: Cannes, Ventimiglia, Monaco, Marseilles…
Conveniently located, just one street away, there is a supermarket on Boulevard Gambetta.
