Lovely apt in Old town Nice. So close to everything, nightclubs, restaurants, beach and promenade. We enjoyed the stay and liked having a separate toilet for family of four, not common in Europe. We had a slight issue in bathroom shower that was seen to very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean apartment in a great location
We had a great stay in this apartment. An easy one-flight of stairs to get to the apartment and all the communications and check-in with the host went very smoothly. We appreciated her flexibility. The apartment is located in old town and an easy walk to the sea. Amazing .. we would certainly stay here again. Only word of caution depending on your party is the second bedroom is up in a loft and the stairs to the loft are a bit tricky (not suitable for younger children or elderly).

“Home Sweet Home”, Nice revisited
Our two Bedroom Apartment was perfectly situated in Nice Old Town, which we’ve tried to visit annually over the past 6-7x years ( different ABnB’s generally).
Close to the marvellous daily markets, the brilliant Azur Blue Mediterranean, great Restaurants, well equiped and Air Conditioned comfort.
Our Hostess, Roni, was as usual, gracious and extremely helpful and contributed to yet another happy holiday in Nice.
We love it, thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation and assistance.
No doubt we’ll be back.

Perfect apartment & location in Nice Old Town
Check-in & hand over with Roni easy and informative. Comprehensive "manual" with instructions for all appliances.
Great 1st floor apartment with not too many steps (no lift), fully equipped for 4 persons.
Modern decor, the photos are true representation of the facility.
Situated in the Old Town which makes it handy for lots of bars & restaurants, (the Indian right outside the door is recommended). Short walk to the beach and all other shopping/eating areas.
Transport links all close by (train station approx 20 min walk but tram stops nearby if too far for anyone).
Would definitely use Home Sweet Home as a base again.

Perfect location in Old Nice, comfortable, modern, well-appointed.
This was our second apartment stay in Nice during our visit. We walked everywhere we wanted to go from here, including the Central Market, throughout Old Nice, and the waterfront. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for early am (coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, microwave, etc.) as well as for a couple meals (cook top, oven, nice size fridge, etc.) Plenty of room in the living area/kitchen to just relax as well.

Great. The apartment was clean, modern but most surprisingly quiet, considering its position right in the thick of things.

If you haven't been to Nice before then you are in for a treat. Nice is a small vibrant city with an old town and new town. It oozes charm and is incredible picturesque with it's pretty coloured buildings, monuments, azure coastline so bring your camera. Nice really does have everything to offer and I guess that's why tourists keep returning.
Nice has one of the most famous coastlines on the Cote d'Azur, the Baie des Angles. Surrounded by hills and mountains, Nice has a wonderful climate all year round. The main reason holiday makers choose to stay in this area is the proximity to the beach and Promenade but also the stunning views of the azure sea.
There is a superb selection of local shops, patisseries and small supermarkets nearby. It is just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais, and several private beaches where a sun bed and parasol can be hired on a daily basis - there are also public beaches if you just want to enjoy the beach for an hour or so without paying sun lounger fees.
Place de Massena is the main central square which lies between the old and the new town. The Old Town is a maze of narrow streets, squares, little restaurants and fascinating shops. Visits to the Antiques Market (Monday) and the weekday flower and vegetable markets are not to be missed. The Nice Carnival in February is spectacular, as is the summer Jazz festival with top acts. During summer Nice has always something special going on, don't be surprised if you see some fireworks as the Major of Nice likes nothing better than fireworks to celebrate and event.
This apartment is located in the old Town (Vieux Nice) where you will find the famous Cours Saleya flower market, also offering fresh produce and local favourites such as fruit, vegetable, cheese, olives, soaps, and flowers from early morning until midday. The wide sweep of the Baie des Anges is visible through the arches of the old town walls. The cobbled streets of Vieux Nice (old town) are alive with bustling restaurants, cafes, museums which are free, art galleries, theatres, jazz bars, magnificent baroque churches and little shops selling delicious Nicoise specialities and artisan wares. Just beyond the Cours Saleya you will find the famous Promenade des Anglais and the long stretch of beaches both private and public. Enjoy the many pretty plazas - Place Rossetti where you can treat yourself to one of the best Ice Creams at 'Fenocchio's', the spacious Place Garibaldi, lined with a choice of bars and eateries and Place Francois for the daily fish market
For a panoramic overview of Nice take the steps to the Colline du Chateau which sits on top of a hill between the Port and the Old Town and offers stunning views over the rooftops and Baie des Anges. Bring your camera as is a very popular vantage point for that postcard view. There are only the ruins of the Chateau remaining at the top, but you can also find a lovely park area with a choice of two cafes. If you prefer to avoid the steps up then you can also take the little white tourist train from the Promenade, or you can walk, cycle or use the lift.
Public transport is easy and reasonably priced. The No. 98 airport bus runs from the airport and along the Promenade des Anglais before turning towards Place Massena and along the Promenade du Paillon son to the Port. There is a good bus services to all the surrounding local towns hilltop villages or take the train if you prefer.
