This apartment is situated within walking distance of the Promenade de Anglais and the old town , great choice of restaurants and shops, also about 10 minutes from the train station if you want to explore. You can sit on the balcony and watch the yachts going in and out with a glass of wine. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a lift ! It’s not the most modern but has everything you need. Definitely recommend it. Michel the owner is very accommodating

Probably one of the best locations to stay for access to tram, buses, Port and Old Town. The views are just fantastic and you can watch the comings and goings of the luxury boats all day. Michel the host was very welcoming. He met us from the tram, showed us around the whole of the apartment and left us with a welcoming bottle of wine. He was also very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. It all added to a wonderful stress free stay. When we return to Nice we will definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 5. We had a fantastic time here in this apartment. Michel met us off the tram from the airport which stops just outside the apartment and he was so helpful. The apartment is wonderful, high ceilings, air conditioned(very hot during our stay), full of french charm and olde world charachter (this is not a minimalist modern apartment).The apartment is very well equipped to cater for a family with teenagers and with the needs of home like a washing machine, dish washer, items for the beach which is just a 15 min walk away. A little utility room with everything you'd need to make the holiday comfortable. We started our day with a trip to one of many local bakeries for breakfast fare and also sandwiches for the beach days. The beach was just minutes away from the market in Old Town so we would step off it throughout the day to get wedges of watermelon or snacks. Tons of fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. The train station is a 20 minute walk and we visited Monaco and further up the coast to Juan Les Pins. Finally the view from the apartment, it has to be the best in Nice. We spent our evening sipping wine watching the hustle and bustle of the port and planes taking off. Highly recommended.

It’sa lovely, clean apartment. Great location. No need for a car as the L2 tram runs from the airport to just outside. Supermarket nearby and a handful of good restaurants too. The owner is very nice and obliging. His response time to communications was very fast. My family will return to this property and I do highly recommend it.

This is out 10th year of visiting Nice a couple of times per year. This is the first time we have taken our (Teenage) children. We started off in hotels, then moved on to apartments in various locations. This is the first time in 20 visits that I know definitely that we will return to this exact apartment in future. Normally I would start a review with the apartment, but this time I have to mention Michel first. I have not had a single bad experience in the past with any host, but Michel is still outstanding amongst all the others. He met us at the door (he lives in another apartment in the building). He was available through the stay as needed but never intrusive. We arrived after 10pm and he not only met us happily but also then took me to a shop that he knew was still open and then escorted me back. The apartment also had some bits and pieces already in the fridge just to help us through the first night. I cannot speak highly enough about pleasant and stress-free he made the stay. This apartment overlooks Port Lympia directly and we had great times in the evening sitting on the balcony watching the superyachts and dreaming. There is a choice of supermarkets, pharmacy, grocery, and seafood shops within a 2 minute walk. The apartment is laid out well with good size rooms for 6 people. There is separate air con in each bedroom and the main room making it pleasant to stay inside when the temperature hits 33c outside. The location is perfect for everything. It is right on the port. A short distance away there are a number of less busy beaches (remember Nice has no sand, only stones) which are easier to get in and out of than the main beaches on the Promenade. It is also only a 10 minute walk to all of the shops in Old Nice or the more exclusive shopping areas. It is also a 10 minute walk to Nice Riquier train station for all stopes to Monaco or Cannes/St Tropez/Antibes. I normally like to be balanced in a review but I would have to make things up to put on the "Cons" side. Just a perfect stay and we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfect for us, home from home. We had a warm welcome from Monsieur Passeron who could not have been more helpful. The apartment has everything you need with large spacious rooms and comfortable beds with the added bonus of a great balcony to watch the world go by. The air conditioning is good as it was 36 degrees this summer and the wifi signal was a welcome bonus for two teenage boys. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and the new tram stop just outside the apartment will be an added bonus once finished. There is a great supermarket just up the road with a great bakery which has great sandwich deals. We also enjoyed the local bar which sells cold Stella with friendly service. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

We loved this apartment in Nice, overlooking the harbor. The apartment was larger than we expected, comfortably fitting 5 adults, in a safe neighborhood. It was very clean, in great condition, with air conditioning. The views from the balcony were stunning, as you can see in the photographs. The apartment was close to the bus stop to Monaco - which we took one day, and also the beach at Beaulieu sur mer. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Promenade Des Anglais and Old Town, and a 10 minute walk to the tram stop at Garibaldi Place, where you could get the tram to the station, and take the train to Cannes, and Grasse. We stayed 10 days, and could have stayed forever. Around the corner is the bakery, where we got fresh croissants every day. Next door was the supermarket, where you could buy anything. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked pasta and sauce, and a chicken stir fry, as well as bacon and egg, french toast, etc. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time in Nice. This appartment was located overlooking the port and was fabulous. Mr passerson the owner was lovely. Very informative, helpful and full of advice on the area. He was so pleasant and was very welcoming. The apartment was spacious for 6 of us and in an excellent location. The bakery and supermarket were just round the corner and a great selection of local restaurants. Really loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Couldn't fault the apartment had all we needed loved it and wouldn't hesitate to book again. If going to Nice book this apartment!

The apartment is bright, spacious and stylish. It was near the supermarket, cafes and main places of interest including the beach. Busses to Monaco, Menton etc are right on the doorstep - we had a lovely time here. When we weren’t out and about it was a lovely apartment to chill out in - watch the view of the harbour, people go by etc. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Nice. Mon Passeron was a perfect gentleman in telling us what we needed to know and welcoming us and saying goodbye
