Gemütlicher Start- und Endpunkt für die Stadterkundung
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sofort in der Wohnung heimisch gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwei Supermärkte befinden sich in direkter Umgebung und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch schnell zu Fuß erreicht.
Allerdings hört man halt auch den Verkehr draußen, aber das ist in einer Stadt fast unvermeidlich.

Tram stop right outside the apartment, owner very co-operative. Facilities average condition, but ok.

First class apartment!
We stayed here three weeks, with two big dogs. The apartment was perfect especially for long stays. All you need is close by and s tram to the center passes under the window.
The apartment is neat and functional and the owner is friendly and helpful. So are the neighbors - all were very friendly and adored our dogs.

Excellent location!
This apartment is located very well, far enough outside the city to be affordable, but close enough to transport that getting into Munich is a breeze. There is a simply amazing Turkish grocery downstairs that has great quality produce, delicious breads, and a wonderful meat and dairy selection. Do yourself a favor and go there first for provisions, and then to the chain grocery across the street.
Our hostess was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment is nice and comfortable. I would strongly recommend an electric fan, though, in hot weather. We arrived during a heat wave, and had all the windows open at night. Since you are in a city, with street cars, buses, and normal traffic, it can get noisy. An electric fan would have helped.
Beyond that complaint, I thought it was a great place, and would rent it again.

We booked this apartment for a weekend and really couldn't fault it. 15 minute tram ride from the City, and the tram stop is right outside the door. Comfortable beds, well equipped and very clean. You do get a little traffic noise from the street below, but it didn't bother us. Would certainly stay here again next time we are in the area.

Im Sommer ist diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Bad hat kein Fenster! Wohnung kann man nicht lüften. Da das Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstrasse liegt, hört man auch nachts den Autoverkehr. Zudem strahlt die Wohnung keine Gemütlichkeit aus. Weisse Wände könnten mal wieder gestrichen werden.
Immerhin ist sie vom Preis billig.
Für 1x war es OK.

The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, cooffee machine and a kettle.
The apartment is centrally located in the Giesing district Giesing and is well-connected on the public transport network: tram line 17 and bus route 54 stop directly in front of the apartment building, and the metro and commuter trains (U2 Feldmoching - Messestadt Ost, S 5 + 6) are 5 minutes walk away. We would be happy to provide you with exact directions on reaching the apartment from the airport (45 mins) or from Munich central rail station (20 mins). If you arrive by car, you should follow the Munich ring road (Mittlerer Ring) south to Chiemgaustraße and take the exit Schwanseestraße to the direction of the city center. After 800 meters you cross the Werinherstraße, where the apartment building is situated on the corner. The apartment is in a parking licence district, but you can get a parking pemit from us on bail money (50,- Euro) and a little royalty (1,50 Euro/day). In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping possibilities. A supermarket is situated opposite the apartment building, and 30m away there is a bakery and cafe (also open on sundays).
