The backyard appartment has 80 m2, with 25 m2 terrasse, it's bright&sunny & has a view into a huge garden with two playgrounds.

It is near all amenities. the closest bakery is 15 meters away. Market, kiosks, supermarkets, organic supermarkets, cheap supermarkets, busses and tube are very nearby. The appartment has wooden floors, kitchen, livingroom, bedroom & a spacious corridor. It is BABY EQUIPED and two CATS live here too. Their names are Snowleopard and Minicat. If we make no other agreement the cats are fed by the neighbour next door (their second mum) during my absence.

With public transport from Tegel: please take the Bus x9 to Bahnhof Zoo. From there the U2 (pankow) to wittenbergplatz. From there the U1 (Warschauer Strasse) to Kottbusser Tor. From there go about 50 Meters into Admiralstr. Nr 35 will be on your left. (50 Mn)

With public transport from Schönefeld: Please take the train AIRPORT EXPRESS to Alexanderplatz and from the U8 (Hermannstrasse) to Kottbusser Tor.

From Hauptbahnhof: Please take the train (any S-bahn) to Alexanderplatz and from there the U8 (Hermannstrasse) to Kottbusser Tor.

If you have the opportunity to get of Südkreuz please do that. Take any train (S bahn) to Hermannstrasse and from there the U8 (Wittenau) to Kottbusser Tor....
