Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und zentral gelegen, Kleines Manko, es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parklatz, überall sind Parkautomaten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gute Lage, ÖPNV etwas weiter weg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch, Bäckereien aber vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Neu renoviert ist sicherlich schon etwas her. Der Schlafbereich war uns persönlich etwas zu klein.

Beautiful, contemporary apartment located in Eppendorf with a wonderful, artistic vibe and the most helpful, friendliest host! Bernd will make you feel at home, even before you arrive - with his extraordinary communications and his innate ability to go above and beyond! He is more than just a host, he is an ambassador for Hamburg! We feel as if we have made a new friend! Everything you need for an amazing stay!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, die Aufteilung der Räume sehr gut gelöst. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr ruhig, parken ist allerdings eine Herausforderung, ich hatte zum Glück Glück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr toll, er hat immer sofort reagiert. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen. Nur 10 Geh...
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön gelegen. Nur 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Da man in HH super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren kann haben wir uns über die HVV App jeden Tag ein Gruppen-Tages-Ticket gekauft. Über die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer müsste man sich Gedanken machen, da diese bei jeder Bewegung quietscht und knarzt. An Schlaf war für keinen in der Wohnung zu denken. Der Putzmann sollte an der einen oder anderen Ecke mal genauer nach dem Dreck und Staub schauen :) Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schade das der Plattenspieler nicht funktioniert, es gab tollen Platten in der Sammlung die wir uns gerne mal angehört hätten.

Die Wohnung war ok. Der Vermieter SUPER. Sehr hilfsbereit! Die Entfernung zur nächsten U-Bahn ca. 20 Minuten, dass war uns entschieden zu weit. Nur das ist der Grund, weshalb wir die Wohnung nicht nochmals buchen würden.

Die Kommunikation mit Bernd hat super funktioniert und er hat uns toll in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und die Lage top, wenn man zentral, aber nicht mittendrin sein möchte.

Ich habe mich in dem Appartement wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist gut und man erreicht Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants zu Fuß. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch in der Nähe.

This beautifully curated apartment was indeed an excellent home away from home and a splendid base for explorations as it is situated in a charming neighbourhood, which is well connected to public transport. Plus the balcony deserves a special mention, a great place for breakfast or dinner.
