My main goal while decorating the house was to allow my guest experience the real Majorcan lifestyle. The house sleeps up to five people. It’s ideal for four, but if required ONLY BY REQUEST it is posible to sleep one extra person on the sofa-bed in the living room. The layout is as follows: - Open plan living/dining room - Brand new fully-equipped kitchen - Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds that can be converted into a double - Two fully-equipped bathrooms, one is an ensuite - Private rear courtyard, ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner - Comfortable chill out terrace and solarium, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in the city A/C and Heating system in all áreas of the house. Free 24-hour Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen, bath and beach towels without extra cost. Maps, guides and loads of tips about the island of Majorca. IMPORTANT: APART FROM THE TOTAL BUDGET SOME EXTRA CHARGES ARE NOT ADDED TO THE TOTAL OF THE QUOTE AND WILL BE DUE UPON ARRIVAL: * CLEANING AND LAUNDRY FEE. Great location, close to the main city attractions and a couple of blocks away from the sea. The house was ideal for us with two terraces, one with a lovely dining area for breakfasts and evening meals. Analia went the extra mile and even left a food and drinks welcome pack when she knew we were arriving late in the evening.

We stayed a week in the perfect holiday home of Analia and specially loved the tasteful interior, comfortable beds and the two wonderful terraces. The house is very central located, just a nice walk away along the marina to the city of Palma and the cathedral. In the neighbourhoud there a lots of nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets, very convenient. Analia is a very nice and friendly host who made us feel very welcome!! We definately would love to come again!

This 2 bedroom terraced house had all we needed for our week's stay. It was well furnished with good quality utensils & equipment and the decor is very well chosen for that Balearic feel. Both the ground floor courtyard and first floor veranda are well appointed for either a cool respite or to bask in the sun respectively.It is quiet and private which is what we wanted. There are plenty of amenities within 5-15 mins walk particularly Cafe Veneto around the corner for absolutely great pizza. We could not recommend Ca'n Perlita more and got a very warm welcome from Analía. We will be back.

The property was well maintained and very clean and tidy. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving us some useful tips regarding our stay (car hire, restaurants etc. We found the information folder she provided especially useful. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Lovely home , lovingly refurbished by the owner. Analia was there to greet us and her folder of ideas is excellent . She even organised our return taxi to the airport . We spent ten days here and loved it . The outside areas , though surrounded by other houses is enclosed and a lovely place to relax in the sun. Bedrooms lovely especially the master bedroom up stairs. The area is near the harbour and a thirty minute stroll into Palma . The area is a working area with families living next door and a school nearby but very quiet and evenings were calm. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend , especially to couples.

Recently spent 10 days here it was a lovely house very clean and tastefully decorated throughout, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable which helps when you have an extended stay Upstairs terrace was perfect for just relaxing and unwinding and downstairs terrace ideal for breakfast or evening meal if deciding to eat in. Kitchen was very well stocked and showers were perfect. The location was ideal just a 5 minute walk down to the harbour area. Due to the location of the house it was close to all amenities the nearest supermarket was less then a 10 minute walk away and there is a lovely bakery just a 2 minute walk, Going into Palma was easy it was about a 25 minute walk passing many bars and shops along the way transport links were very good but we mainly walked or got taxi's which were very reasonable. Analia was a perfect host and was there to welcome us we did have a minor issue but Analia dealt with it promptly and efficiently and also left a very helpful folder with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat and visit. Would recommend trip to Bellver Castle which is very close to the house its a long walk up but the views at the top are amazing. We had a lovely time staying in this house and would recommend it to anyone

Ideally located for the promenade and walking into the old town. The property has a lovely sun terrace that is reached via the main bedroom, it doesn't have a view as such as it backs onto other properties but for all intents and purposes it is mostly private. The kitchen is compact but ideal for short stays. We would definitely rent it again.

Analià Lopez war eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin. Problemlose Abwicklung und ganz herzlicher Empfang. Das Haus genau so wie beschrieben. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr modern. Die Qualität der Betten einfach top. Analià hat eine wirklich sehr gute Mappe für die Urlauber zusammen gestellt. zB. nächtster Bäcker gleich mit Öffnungszeiten und Lageplan. Genauso Busverbindungen mit Abfahrtsplan. Die Lage des Hauses sehr Zentral und ruhig. In 2. Minuten am Hafen. Wir durften sogar ein paar Stunden länger bleiben, da unser Flug erst am Abend zurück ging. Sie hat uns auch ein Taxi organisiert. Also eine Gastgeberin wie ich es mir wünsche. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in dieses hübsche Haus. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Vera Lucks

Set close to the port as well as close to the city centre, the house was perfect for our "Christmas" stay in Palma de Mallorca. Due to its central location we were able to reach all amenities by foot. The house is equipped with all necessities and very tasteful interior, plus comfortable beds. Analia (the owner) is a very friendly and reliable lady - We would def. visit again and stay at the house!

About the neighbourhood
In a district with all the necessary facilities, a bakery, chemist, supermarkets, a selection of grocery stores as well a wide range of bars. It sits on a quiet street within easy reach of the sea, the historic quarter and the city of Palma shopping mall, Porto Pi. The house has good public transport links, with the bus system being both fast and efficient, although cycling and walking are also easy alternatives. Visitors will not need a car, unless they wish to tour the island. Free street parking is available as well as an underground car park (charges apply).
Getting around
Taxi ride 15 - 20 minutes and cost around 25€ Bus nº 1 from Airport to Can Barbera stop, it takes 40 - 45' and cost 5€ per person. Then 5' walk to the house.
