This unique, single-family home (newly renovated in 2015), is equipped with 5 double bedrooms (sleeping up to 11 people), 4 bathrooms and enjoys many large open terrace and patio spaces. It also offers a private rooftop swimming pool which is a very special feature for a home located in the centre of Sitges! On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with seating for 10, a beautiful kitchen with ample facilities for indoor dining, and the latest in modern appliances. On the ground floor you will also find two double bedrooms (one with a bathroom en suite) and the other with a bathroom right in front. This is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply wishing to avoid stairs as they can enjoy the use of almost all the facilities without the need to climb upwards! On the first floor, there are an additional 3 large double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys a en suite bathroom and the other two have easy access to a second bathroom. All four bathrooms in the house have showers and one of the en suite bathrooms offers both a shower and bathtub! One of bedrooms has a small balcony streetside and the other enjoys a nice terrace overlooking the Courtyard. The top floor, one of the most exciting areas of the house, consists of a large 75 SQ. Metre rooftop terrace with its own private, heated swimming pool and sun lounge area. It also offers ample outdoor seating. This is one of the most unique aspects of this very special property! . The house is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest of anytime of year they visit! The living room also has a fireplace to create a more cozy atmosphere during the cooler months of the year! 2. Location: This home is ideally located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don´t have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their 'own' thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn´t be easier! The train station is just a 2 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep! 3. Decoration: The house is very tastefully decorated in a country/French provincial style with modern amenities. Moreover, it has been completely renovated in 2015 so everything is NEW! There´s nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly-renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern. Moreover, my staff and I have an eye for 'detail' so you will clearly notice that nothing was spared to ensure total comfort during your stay! 4. Service: In any business, it´s not just the “product” that matters but equally important, the service! While the property will exceed even the most demanding person´s expectations, I also really care about customer service and my staff and I will work hard to ensure you have a positive experience. From the moment you check-in you will notice the difference! Apart from having a dedicated team to familiarize you with the property upon arrival, there will be staff “on-call” throughout your stay to assist with any issues or concerns that may arise. I also have a qualified team of cleaners and maintenance people to keep the property in a high standard. Problems can happen in any business, but what customers most value is a quick “reaction” time and that´s where we focus our efforts! 5. Concierge Services: Enjoying your holiday or business event in a self-catering rental doesn´t mean you have to sacrifice those coveted services often offered by top-notch hotels. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, we have the possibility to offer you a full array of services to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Need a transfer from the airport to the house or assistance with a car rental……want a chef to prepare some home-cooked meals…..looking for a private massage……or perhaps you would like us to organize tours for you and your family/friends of the fantastic surrounding areas? All of these options are possible with our Concierge Services. These services with their corresponding prices will be provided during the booking process so you can organize in advance and not have to worry about last-minute planning during your stay which can often be stressful, especially in a foreign country and language!
